Hyderabadi mutton Biriyani.
One of the best Biriyanis in the world, Spicy, meaty, juicy meat cooked with rice. here i am showing how to cook this Biriyani at home. Some of us having trouble while cooking this awesome dish, if you can follow this recipe step by step, you can make this food easily.
Recipe
To marinate the meat
Mutton 1.5 kg
Onions 4/5 medium size thinly sliced
Deep fry the onions in the vegetable oil
Separate the fried onions in to two portions, For marinade and Garnish
Use the same same oil to marinate the meat
Ginger 25g
Garlic 25g
Green chilli 40g, Grind all these three ingredients together
Dried rose petals 10g
Kashmiri chilli powder 20g
Turmeric 10g
Corriander powder 30g
Garam Masala powder 10g
Ground Caraway seeds 5g
Ground black pepper 5g
Yogurt 200ml
Chopped coriander and mint a hand full
Salt to taste
Lime juice to taste
RICE
Basmati rice 1 kg
Boil the water and add pinch of
Whole cinnamon, cloves, cumin,fennel, black pepper, Caraway seeds, and some ghee
Add rice and half cook the rice
Little Saffron soaked in milk
And for garnish use some more coriander leaves and fried onions
Camera used
