If I have a car with really good paint do you think I could go with 1 & done and just use a polishing pad or even finishing pad? I want to bring out more shine but I am not dealing with swirl marks. I would do wash/decon/clay first of course, thank you!
With the Max Wax, why is it being applied in circular motions? A bunch of the informational videos I’ve watched say circular motions aren’t good on paint. And if I wanted to apply by machine, which pad would I use?
In regards to the pads, their use depends on the cut you are looking for (the microfiber, yellow, and orange pads). With whatever of those pads provides the needed cut, you then finish it off with the black pad. If for some reason the microfiber pad doesn’t do the needed cut, what’s the next pad to use? And when using the pads, what speed on the machine is used - do you start off high or low?
Use the Yellow CCS pad to get rid of severe defects. With our proprietary blend of high-quality precision platelet abrasives, you can easily cut out 1000 grit without any dust. In terms of speed, start with 1 and 2 to begin, then move up.
So why is it called 1 and Done Compound if you have to 2-step it? Why not just use a dedicated compound for faster cutting and a dedicated polish for even better gloss if you are going to do 2 steps anyway?
Why purchase two products when you can just use one? 🤔 We understand each detailer has their own preference on how to correct their vehicle, and using a dedicated compound and a dedicated polish is another great option in this case. Our 1 & Done compound is the best of both worlds, and does not always require 2 steps. Let us know if you have any further questions!
@@turtlewax Question for you; I have been using the Hybrid Solutions Ceramic and I love it- will these Graphene products go over the ceramic or does the ceramic need to come off? How would you even get the stuff off? In tests it’s just ridiculous. Please help. TIA
We currently don't sell pads or microfiber towels outside of our kits. However, similar pads can be purchased from Lake Country, Autofiber and Buff & Shine through Autogeek.
One of the best in the world telling us to use TW, I love it!!!!!

Hes getting paid to...probably never touches anything TW.

Great Video! The one and done compound did a great job removing those heavy scratches!

You do know that a miachine also goes in circular motions ? If thats what you're worried about
they only say dont go in circles incase you end up scratching it in a circle.. its easier to take out straight line scratches then circular scratches.
Don’t wash your car in circular motions
Hi how long does the max wax protect and does it protect longer and better than tw ceramic hybrid spray?
It can last up to 12 months, especially with maintenance.

Thank you for the video and info to apply it.

It appears that you did not use a panel prep after the compound and before the Max Wax. Shouldn't a panel prep be used?
How do I get more pads?
