Hi from Southern California. 2 years ago I bought a new K5 GT LINE in passion red metallic paint. Its a gorgeous color, and when the car was a month old, i hand waxed it. I used Maguires ultimate wax, which is what i used on the old car and i liked it. It didn't really make the paint look as good as i had hoped. Then i tried this product, I could tell in the garage this was looking pretty good. But when i backed it out into the sunshine, before i realized i was shouting WOW!!! I said it again, WOW! Just looked fantastic. it actually sparkles! I wash the car once a week, it lasts about 2 months, the hood and trunk goes from beading to good sheeting, sides of car still bead. So i mist the car while wet, and dry. Our California sun is strong, and theres no covered parking where i work. Car is about 2 and a half years old now, and the paint looks like new, and always feels very slick. Very happy i discovered this product, and will definitely keep using it. Enjoyed your video.
I must admit I'm happy to see you do these types of video's Jon, you have dedicated your own time and money for years to help inform your viewers and followers...about time you started getting something back. Your videos have been of great help to me.
It can only be used a spray and rinse if you have a base coat that has been applied to a dry vehicle and cured first. Then, and only then you can spray n then rinse to apply.
I have even sprayed this on my vehicle on a day it was raining outside and i was about to drive roughly 30 miles on the highway. Point is, i had my vehicle with a good foundation of this product and its been about 4 days and it was getting a little dusty. I sprayed about 3 to 4 sprays a panel and drove my vehicle out of the garage so it was bone dry to start.
Anyway, the next day my vehicle looked as if it had been washed and waxes. The normal dirt build up on the hood wasnt there it was a great plan and worked wonderfully. This is the newest lazy way to apply this and it works lol. My windshield was more clear than it had ever been, looking in my side mirrors, my trucj was the only vehicle that dry driving down the highway it was hilarious and amazing how well this idea panned out.
I hope someone reads this and tries it its fn great.
I use it after every wash as a drying agent and its excellent
I've been such a fan of your content for a long time Jon and still will continue to be. I have always found you balanced, informed and very fair on tests with all products, a massive source of consumer advice. That said, knowing this is a paid promotion just makes me switch off and ignore the content as I know there is a driver. Bit of a shame but I understand the drive to do these things. On the whole you publish great content, long may it continue.
It’s fine, just take the paid ones with a pinch of salt. They will help pay for great best of content etc that we all enjoy and help the channel grow.
Me too. I found out from a UK manufacturer, that Pan the Sponsored, demanded £/$5,000 to promote their products, when his channel had 180K subscribers. They refused to pay him. God knows what he charges now. It's noticeable that real Pro Detailers, Chicago Car Pros, Epic Car Show don't get paid. Even lovely Specky doesn't. But TH-camrs do charge. Pan the Sponsored is a chemical engineer, full time. Noticed how he always puts a positive review on a company products range, all 12 products, and says I use them all the time etc. You might as well go to QVC and order the stuff from them, just a selling channel. There are TH-camrs/"Influencers" who clean cars, and people who clean cars with a passion, but use TH-cam. Subscribers should decide, as the deciding factor, which one to watch, knowing the difference. A selling channel or an independent advice channel.
The win win for everyone is if he does paid promotion for good products. He can’t make this huge amount of content for free forever, he gets something back, helps him make higher quality content and we learn about new products. If the products turn out
Junk then credibility is lost. But these are really good products, they really do work well and he explains the cost and positives. A balancing act but when done well everyone wins.
@@simonb6306 Agreed, Jon would never say something is good when it’s in fact junk and it’s all good for the channel. His review of this is accurate: it’s easy to use and has a few different uses but is a bit pricey. This is his full time gig and why should other channels get all the money?
The range is absolutely epic John . No longer the unused brand that you find in grandads shed! Turtle Wax have have made massive changes the last couple years , this range is so impressive. I bought To The Max Wax, and Precision Platelet, about a month ago , when released in the UK, direct from turtle wax UK, after seeing so many great reviews from pro detailers in the states. Had to try it. Up there with the best.
£30 is a bargain , compared with other brands. The Platelet was fantastic using Rupes wool pads , and the new foam pads. Fantastic. I'm just doing a maintenance wash on a Range Rover I detailed a month ago, the beading and protection is excellent . All the best John , keep up the great advice videos , and guys and gals.... get this range
I used the Flex Wax as a spray and rinse yesterday and results were stunning. A very deep dark drippy gloss on a dark grey metallic car.... Extremely glossy in fact. So easy to apply and hardly any product used. I also have the 75th anniversary paste wax to try yet which I hope to use on my dad's car today. My mind is officially blown so far.... I suspect I will be even more in awe if the paste wax lives up to the hype 😁🤞🏻
Ive used this for the first time today on my black mercedes , its amazing really impressed 😊
Awe, I don’t know if I want to live in a future without garlic bread...😢
It produces 99-100 gloss units on a properly prepped and polished surface. The shine is more of a cold mirror look instead of a warm glow. I had to use a damp microfiber to wipe off then buff with a dry one. It has more slickness than Seal n Shine but not much.
I am so impressed with this video and all the answers on the product line that I have totally converted to "Turtle Wax" who would have ever guessed. In two weeks I have used a whole bottle of "1 & Done" a phenomenal product. Spot on show Jon. I loved the grunt and smile at the end.
I find the key is fresh towels and knowing when to move on to another, that secondary fresh towel makes all the difference
I use flex wax as a topper for my turtle wax exterior 1 waterless wash and wax + turtle wax ice seal n shine combo.
I can’t see it steering me away from TW dry & shine. That stuff is cheap as chips and very powerful. Ideal for a lazy sod like me
dry and shine is the bomb if you want powerfull and cheap isnt it.
TW Dry & Shine is voodoo. That product when you use it right (spray it on, rinse straight away, like 1 second after applying), is the best bang for buck of any detailing product on the market in my money.
Its my go to QD too.
Tried them all.
@@salvofarnia8046 You use dry and shine as a QD? Diluted or neat?
@@ForensicDetailing what's the equivalent TW product to it in US?
I used the liquid version, I did my 2014 es350 I probably didn't even use a 1/2 ounce, $30, but will probably be able to do my car at least 20 times. So really $1 and change every time, I'm good with that.
I’ve had this on a few details since January and it has gone from beading to sheeting after the first couple of washes. I did the full prep...wash, clay, one step polish, applied Max Wax and then applied Flex as a topper 2 weeks later...it’s already getting weak 2 months later.
Yes I've been looking into this and a lot of American details are reporting the same thing is graphene snake oil
@@diljithayre9379 I’m totally dissatisfied with the the Max and Flex products. Their Hybrid Ceramic Spray and even their Seal n Shine are far better products.
Interesting to know this. I experienced the exact same thing with the TW sealant
@@ptheledge5390 not all TW products are bad but these two, Max and Flex, aren’t living up to what’s claimed. However their Pro Line 1 and Done compound/polish is very good. Their original Hybrid Solutions products are also very good.
@@BetterThanNewDetailing I think the one and done will be the only thing I will possibly purchase out of these
Do'h, I've just bought a bottle of Turtle wax hybrid solutions ceramic spray coating today. I wish I'd seen this video before I went shopping.
You'll LOVE the TW Ceramic Coating. And it's a 4-6 month application.
Don't know that I'd purchase this over that...
Hi John
I've recently up'd my game in vehicle detailing. Years ago I religiously kept my vehicles spotless but with life pressures I got very lazy. Now with more time and less pressures I've found myself getting sucked into the detailing world, hence finding and enjoying your channel vids enormously. 🙂👍
Main reason for commenting on this vid was to do with the Flex Wax product. I bought my first bottle of it couple of weeks ago from Halfords. I have been using it as a drying aid, very light mist all round and then drying the car. I then go round on the dry car and do a light topper with it also, giving me the best results I find. Great on the plastics too and cars always look rich after using this. Now the thing I've noticed as my bottle decreases is that it sprays out what looks like little gritty crystals. Yesterday I sprayed a couple pumps directly onto a fresh new cloth creating a 15mm circle of product and around the peripheral edges of the circle were lots of tiny black ⚫ specs, that looked like tiny grit particles. I know its almost impossible for these to be grit but something doesn't seem right to me about the fact this occurs. I'm wondering if these are graphene particles or whether the product is crystallising somehow? Perhaps it has a shelf life which is exceeded? I was wondering whether to contact Turtle Wax, but thought I may aswell start by asking an Expert 😃🙂👍
Regards
Steve
Sounds weird m8 I would defo speak to TW maybe some producylt has dried in the sprayer barrel.
@@ForensicDetailing Hi John. Its a strange one alright. I'll definitely contact TW for comments during the week. I might even tip the remainder of the bottle through a coffee filter or such to see whats in the remainder.
All the best. Have a good week ahead. 🙂👍
Steve.
@@stevesvids did you get an answer from TW?
@@edsmale hi. No answer from TW on that one. I don't buy the product any longer.
@@stevesvids their packaging has a phone number on it that you can call and get a live agent for usage advice.
Great simple instructions on how to use this sweet product.
Planning on using the TW 1 and Done and Max wax this week. I'm gonna use this as a topper
Mmmm, a small Steak, Garlic Bread and a Cold Beer after a days Detailing. I REALLY like the idea of a spray on -rinse off for the wheels. Thoughts are on how it compares to Wet Coat used like this.
wonder if it’s good for headlight plastics ? personally I like a product to do one thing specifically well rather than a whole load of things OK...
I kinda did the base layer and then i do my usual carnauba wax and the results were awesome and long lasting. I have no idea if what i did made sense but in practice it has worked out well 🤷
Amazing video? Thanks John
Great looking stuff. Hard to pass turtle wax dry & shine. 1/3 the price.
For the price I prefer to stick to BSD or DDsi as toppers for Fusso Coat as they're so cheap particularly when bought in bulk during winter and Ethos Resist Graphene during the summer. £30 delivered from California. Really worth it for its ability to produce outstanding gloss, slickness while repelling dirt.
Looks very good
Interested product but doesn't appear to do anything that sonax bsd won't do for less than a 3rd of the cost. I bet it won't last half as long either or be easier to apply.
BSD beats it on beads and value, prolly not on durability. But TW will bust out their seal and shine and its "check mate"
Surely Geyon's Wet Coat is easier to apply?
Spray on, wipe with a cloth for even dispersal then rinse off rather than buff dry.
That way it doesn't matter if it's raining outside (for those of us without garages) as we don't need to buff the car dry after
you can use the spray and rinse method with flex as well. but when you spray spread and buff you know you have formed a consistent film.. like a good base layer if you like.. so then in subsequent washes you can spray and rinse. or just spray and rinse if you prefer.
As a West Aussie, I have no concept of the consistently cold temps you live with. It looks uncomfortable. I’d hate to work at detailing in those conditions.
Today: 38°C and I’m cooking the Barbie in shorts a Tshirt. No Covid to worry about. Beers are cold and the food is good. Car’s a mess :)
A cheers to you doing it tough in the UK. Hope the warmth comes soon.
mate serioulsy this country is a frigging joke. I would move to OZ tommorrow. we spend half our lives getting soaking wet through and freezing oor nutz off and by the end of winter we all look like pale and green and unhealthy. All the while you guys are lying back on the sun lounger with a tinny in one hand and a barbacued lobster in the other :)
Great as always
Can you use an orbital polisher to wipe the product to polish to a glass like shine? Spray it spread it with microfiber applicator. Then buff it to a glass like shine with an orbital? Or is that not going to work with this product?
Great video Jon 👍👍
You don't use glass sealants? I don't understand why. I use Angelwax H2GO - it's terrific.
because he's not addicted to beautiful and hydrophobic windows yet :P
John would you say this is better than wet coat in terms of longevity, hydrophobicity and gloss? I use wet coat for paintwork and alloys so is this product worth considering?
Ive not side by sided them to be able to say. But I have a video coming soon which gives you some comparisons of these products against others. Flex wax is not a durability product though. I think its like a 6-12 week durability sort of thing to give a rough example.
@@ForensicDetailing cheers for the reply, looking forward to the video. I am in the market for a new long term base protection as EZ ghost that I used this year seemed to die off after 3 months in winter, it may partly be due to the fact I think I was using Surfex HD too concentrated as a pre wash but we shall see. I think I recall you rating tac systems as one of the best baseline sealents? Putting coatings a side..
Would you use this over tacsystem shinee wax? Which one provides more gloss in your opinion?
Hi. Thank you for your video. Anyone can help me? Using the graphene flex wax on my car. Getting streaks i can't get rid off
How does this compare to megs ceramic wax in the green bottle john?
I used the flex wax on a recommendation , this is the first time I've polished a car . I wasn't overly impressed with it mainly because I probably used to much product . However when I came out it the morning I couldn't get over how shiny and good the car looked . A little really does go along way with this stuff. I can see the bottle lasting quite a while even using it on 2 cars
Have you tried the 75th anniversary paste wax yet
Superb video buddy!! As always 😊🌈 cheers Andrew
Is there a ceramic shampoo ?
Do you have a link to the kit in the bucket,
Hi Jon, firstly thank you for all the videos, they are excellent and really helpful.
I tried this today, brand new car, prepared including panel wipe. New applicator pad and microfibers. Got bad smearing. Tried again after panel wipe 2nd time, same result. Tried waiting a bit longer... Car inside also.
Repeated with uhd wax and car pro spray ceramic in different areas both worked fine.
Any ideas what I did wrong? I see there are recommendations to use a damp towel on streaks, will try that next time but seems an extra faff
Not sure m8 without being there. But maybe you had old product on surface breaking down.
Hi PP. Yes, I had exactly the same issue on a black Range Rover Evoque. Streaking was bad and immediately dried. Tried APC to remove to no avail and ended up machine polishing the bonnet to remove the streaks. I have a feeling I was using too much product, but no more than I do of any other product. E.g. Turtlewax Hybrid Ceramic Spray Wax, P&S Beadmaker, Turtlewax Seal 'n' Shine or The Last Coat 2.0. Next time I'll try less product and have some deionised water on hand to help buff off if necessary.
@@ForensicDetailingCan I use Hybrid Solutions Pro Graphene Flex Was as a Topper on a Ceramic Coated vehicle?
Jon, do I need to prep my wheels with an IPA (carpro eraser) before using flex wax on them?
no mate.
Paint also not? Is it sooooo easy 😃
Compliments on yet another great video. Seek your inputs on Flexwax. I have a ceramic coated car (done more than year ago). It’s a daily driver and I live in a dusty area. I follow weekly ONR rinse-less wash regime. There are minor swirls over the coating and don’t want to clay/polish right now which might reduce the coating thickness. Was planning to use Poorboys Black hole and top it up with flex wax to extend its life to say 3-4 months. Does that sound right approach?
This is not good approach. It's very very unlikely you only have scratches in the coating. The coating will only be a micron thick. If you buff on the car with black hole you degrade coating and clige it with resin and wax etc... You should maintain your coating inaccorednce with the instructions provided from coating manufacturer.
@@ForensicDetailing thanks, appreciate the inputs. Can I use Flex wax as a topper for my coating to extend its life? I have modesta coating and find difficult to get me hands on its maintenance products.
Im new to using spray sealants. I noticed the Flex Wax doesn't leave the paint with the same level of slickness as a carnauba paste wax. Do you know if the To the Max Wax would give me the slicker surface that I'm looking for or is it unrealistic to expect that?
Ceramic sprays are slick m8
Jon, no before and after gloss meter readings???
it wont mean but really unless you do a wider test with lots of other products to provide context.
It produces 99-100 gloss units on a properly prepped and polished surface.
Jon is the TW sealant here in the U.K the same as TW seal and shine in the U.S just different packaging or are they 2 different products??
they are different mate, similair sort of things but theres different chem laws in the UK or EU so some components cant be used etc..
@@ForensicDetailing oh I see. I always thought they were the same. Every time I’ve used that sealant it just doesn’t seem to last long at all. I always prep the paint properly before I’ve used it too. Just don’t rate it, unless the one I bought from eBay is a dodgey one lol
@@ptheledge5390 i use tw sealent all the time as a topper but only last a few weeks. Good value for money tho. Is a nightmare on my black merc as can get a bit smeary.
Clicked the liked thumb before watching the video :)
Looks like a great all in one.......how does this compare to the original 'seal and shine' / 'dry and shine' combo that I stocked up on at £5/bottle?
less durable I think, easy to spread and buff and can be used a bit more casually in different ways. but I dont think seal and shine cant be beaten for like durability.
Looks like a great product but seems exspensive. I am just gonna stick with t w sealent as i just it for a topper.
I remember pushing my E36 like that when the stupid cooling system gave out.. again. lol be careful, don't pull something
Great vid! I don't want to be aggressive and polish my brand new car, also I am not that comfy with glaze, so if I use a finishing polish like M302 and apply it by hand how do you see that?
that will work great khalid just use a panel wipe down after polishing and then the flex was will bond better. After the initial base coat you can sort of use it more like a detail spray each wash
How long it is last? 4 to 6 months? How often do you re apply it? Evry 2 3 months?
Do you recommended for at least every 3 4 months? Does it last at least for 5 months?
Please. Let me know!
I think upto 2to 3 months max.
hello colleague, I polished my car, I was using the seal in shine, I was thinking of changing to that graphene, I will have to apply a finishing polish to the car to remove the seal in shine protection or I can put the graphene directly in the car at the next wash? !!
you can just spray the graphene spray wax on if you want. you get the best results with "full prep" but really this product is more of a topper than full on base sealant. so just spray it on a bit like a QD and you have some decent protection for a few months.
@@ForensicDetailing use meguiars ceramic wax spray, as protection, is it better than graphene turtle wax?
I messed up this morning & made a streaky spotty mess on my black 2022 Genesis G70. Not sure what to do about it! Any suggestions?
I skipped the base coat & used it as a drying aid 1 panel at a time. Didn’t notice streaking or high spots after buffing until 7hrs later. Not sure if I should just wait to wash and rebuff after 24 hrs or try to strip it off ASAP
Could try just using a water based panel wipe and clean mf towel. Otherwise don't worry just use the car and wash it in a week's time to and the high spots in will level in out.
Use very sparingly. Too much causes streaking.
I love garlic bread 😉😃👌👍👍👍

Nice video mate!
Van i suply instead of de flex wax also a beadmaker over it as a topper.? Of only flex wax
one or the other mate, beadmaker is about the gloss, flex sort of does more things better
@@ForensicDetailing now your saying, i understanding😉. Thanks!
I’m guessing it’s not suitable on a matt finish? I’m desperate to find a spray-on protection for my matt “frozen” bmw
I would guess it probably is not no. TW can confirm.
Really like the look of this new TW Flex, but does it need to cure inside for 24 hours?
if you want max durability apply it and leave it alone for 24 hours... but dont worry too much if it rains or gets wet after say 4-6 hours etc... but its "for best" results. it does make a different by the way.
@@ForensicDetailing OK thanks, so best inside or a dry 24 hour period outside.
What’s the grey cloths you use for buffing the flex wax and where can I get them ? Thanks
they come direct from supplier gary. They are closer to TRC edgeless 365 but not exactly the same.
@Forensic Detailing Channel I think the next step for you is to kit yourself out in some upmarket FDC own branded clothing.. very surprised you don’t currently wear some sort of own branded workwear..
Is de flex wax to use after every wash? Of is it a stand allone
once a month really i think mate.
@@ForensicDetailing thanks john!
How do you remove this product from glass once its cured, i was to use a different product
glass polish mate. glaco compound will do it
@@ForensicDetailing thanks very much 👍
Can I use this on ceramic coated car
yes m8
But does it offer anything better than Hybrid ceramic wax or seal and shine? i'm not so sure and i still have to be convinced about all the graphene BS
its a really fair question. It does not outlast it. I think seal and shine and the ceramic are more durable. so the niche of this is the "flexibility" and perhaps a better buff so its a product you might be using more but is that going to be enough to get people to go and buy it? TW know their ranges and the market and I think the Pro line is covering and catering for a section of the market they dont cover so well with the green and other lines perhaps.
@@ForensicDetailing another question is would you really use this on trim and tyres etc?..NO! there are better products for that so i'm not sure as a pro i would pay 3x what seal and shine costs, and if the graphene is why it's so expensive TW need to show us what it does better and why it's in there....keep up the good work
@@marcodeci3951 would love to see a test between tw sealent and the pro flex
John, where did you get your 8 draw storage towers from...??
Hi Gren they are 4 draw units but you can unclip them and stack them. BandQ or Wilko used to sell them and I think they still do.
If you could only have 3 500ml bottles for cleaning stuff in your car what would they be ?
I’m a Uber driver so only have 3 bottles at one time in my car, apc / quick detailer / glass cleaner. Is there a good quick detailer that’s good on glass ?
A little interior detailer, some glass cleaner and an air freshner, and some microfiber inside the car to carry around. Air freshner get the designer fragerence aerosols from county detailing. mega powerfull quick little spray. glass cleaner it really wont matter by a cheap one they are all very similiar. The Adams interior quick detailer is nice for the inside of the car.
How would rate this against Autoglym wax?
ive done a comparison. I think autoglym won because it was a durable ceramic spray that lasted longer... but its all horses for coursees really mate. the flex wax is more about versatility. TW have seal and shine if you want durability
I see many videos on this channel and your content is very underrated, you are making good stuff here. I just to suggest that maybe get a new camera, all your videos are a little blurry and sometimes we got 4k devices that only we can see it in 1080p. I hope one day get camera to see a high quality content. Blessing.
One issue we as consumers have with paid sponsorships is it's difficult to gauge which products are actually worth buying. Turtle Wax have paid all the major detailing channels on youtube to advertise their products but are they actually any good in comparison to other market leading products?
There are worry reports that this stuff is snake-oil
@@diljithayre9379 Turtle Wax are a massive brand with a huge marketing budget. Having all the major youtube detailers under their finger just misleads consumers. We don't know whether to believe the product is actually worth buying... Honest reviews these days are too few and far between. I am glad detailing channels are able to make a living off making videos for us but TH-cam is turning into QVC where we the target audience are misled into buying useless products. Now I'm not saying this paste wax is snake oil by any means.
I understand content creators like Jon need to make a living so no way am I bashing Jon.
His videos have helped me tremendously.
He has introduced me to brilliant brands like Bilt Hamber and without him I would still be wasting my money on shitty Pro Kleen snow foam products.
Watch the Project Farm video on ceramic coatings. TW Hybrid Solutions does very well in his tests, he does not accept free product or payment on any product he tests, he’s very thorough, and I believe him to be trustworthy. Apex Detail also seems to be very honest, he doesn’t seem to have anything bad to say about TW products, though he will mention when he has a product he prefers more or if he was a little disappointed.
At least TW is very affordable, I’m more concerned with the pros that are shilling those overpriced boutique products. That said, anytime I see “graphene” advertised on the label, I add that to my “avoid” list because it’s probably overpriced marketing hype product.
I want to buy a pressure washer to start cleaning my car myself. I was looking at the Karcher K2, what do you think of that machine?
ok tim so the K2 is like the entry level machine its really down on grunt or power but this is ok. So if you have a budget of say 50-70 quid it will do a job. but I think if you can get you budget a bit higher to 150-200 getting a K4 will be of more benefit for the extra kick you get
@@ForensicDetailing okay, thanks Jon, appreciate it.

its a more durable versitile product but beadmaker has the sweet slickness and is a lot cheaper.

silly thing to say now but I will . When the quick release is fitted on you can't adjust the pressure is that right. Or can you ? There a question a silly a
@@stewartherbert6847 when the quick release gun is fitted you have to use the original gun to adjust the pressure this has like a wireless + or - eletronic pressure control so I leave the original gun in the holster on the unit to adjust the pressure even though its not connected to the water feed pipe.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see folks laying down the recently released paste , to the max on top of that and maintain with Flex. Might be a good yearly Maint setup,
I'm so jealous Jon. I don't think we'll ever get it here. I tried buying via the link you provided and they won't ship to Australia. I must live on the moon or something that they deem it not being able to be shipped here. So much for Turtle Wax being a "worldwide company" lol..
Only available to Americans, Canadians and Englishmen.
It's available here in Australia now thru Super Cheap Auto, $69 tho 😲
Not really impressed by the finishes to be honest. I've seen better. However Can I borrow some of your vast knowledge about sealing Chrome wheels to protect them from rain spots and brake dust and if possible road salts in winter months. Much appreciate your help as im getting new wheels next week and not had chrome ones before.
so if its bare chrome you could look at a product called white diamond which is a metal polish and sealant in one. you could also look to polish them up and coat them with a ceramic but I think you will want to be poishing them. Im in the same boat with my RC90 alloys. its a major paint. then sort of tarnish up if yo uleave them too long and then you have to wire wool them to remove the tarnishing but then its a pain to bring back the brilliance gloss from refining it more... so no easy win on this I think bare chrome = lots of work.
Thank for your helpful reply.
I never thought chrome was so demanding. May have to go with painted alloys with diamond cut face. Unless they are hard work too.
Tell you what if you ever give up the detailing I think you will be a shoe in at Pixar with all that intro graphics...lol.
On a serious note now graphene is the new ceramic and gaining more mainstream popularity, it means the next thing just be being developed...wonder what that will be...
Keep up the great videos.
I think graphene will be the "next thing" for a long while its early days for it really.
@@ForensicDetailing bloody hope so...I have so many half used products...ha ha
This one to me is a little hard to get off. I use a vwry light n finish detail as im wiping and that helps get a perfectly clean panel. I get smudges that are hard to get off, i also have a wbite truck so its Hard to zee what ur doing until u notice it in the right light. A very lighly damp mf works well for the first wipe too.
Anyway this is an amazing product and lasts forever.
Also looks better as it cures and gets even more slick with time.
Garlic?......................... Bread?................................... Garlic on bread? 🤣 By the way, having watched until the end, did you do the voice-over for Muttley?
Turtle wax always amaze me they seem to be knocking out great products at a decent price ... Also hope you don't mind gave you channel a shout out in one of my videos ... Just so you don't need to hunt for it I just mentioned that if anyone wants decent advice to head to you channel :)
Nothing in this range particularly appeals. I’m not bothered by graphene so the £30 price tag is too off putting. When your think the three from the Pro range will set you back £90, that’s insane!
A bit pricey for my liking,. There’s a lot of products doing similar things for half the price. Seems like Turtle Wax are out pricing themselves when they’ve always been a budget oriented brand.
Hey John, you HAVE TO TRY 303 graphene. You have to!!!
I am not a fan of waxes, sealants and that "soft" stuff, i am a ceramic coating guy. A friend of mine gave me the 303 graphene for free and dare me to try it.
Well... it's now my fave topcoat. Tried it on left half of the wife's car and the other is coated with crystal serum light + Exo.
The 303 side is much much cleaner after 2 weeks.
Why glass ? One word "Bugs"
For me your metallic paint doesn't show this product, and many others, very well. It just looks cloudy, even when you zoom in. In a dull and cold garage sparkle is hard to show.
could be buddy. the underlying paintwork on this car is nakered. cars actually being painted right now, this was shot a while back.
Thanks John, my wife is never going let me polish off the haze in the buff, perhaps this product isn't for me. :)
Why this product is so so hard to buff off
Mother's CMX really seems to stick well on glass, that is honestly the only thing about it which impresses me.
If you are bored I recommend giving it a shot most ceramics don't seem to cure on glass that well.
it was in one of my comparisons of silica sprays I think a while back. it was nice to use versitile, down on durability against the others a little bit but overall a good product
ye-ouch, my wallet !!!! for me this is a bit pricey . Id be curious as to how it performs against 303 graphene and if Meguirs have anything coming out, and what the price points are :)
LOL @ 4:28
Was going to buy this line of wax untill I seen the new gyeon wax comeing soon
that gyeon wax has some mega beading flourine in it.. its a bead monster. very impressed.
@@ForensicDetailing have seen a few vids on it think it's going to sell out fast
Dave I was looking forward to see forensic detail channel to show me this graphene sprays by turtle Wax you are the yardstick the benchmark in the UK watched pan man talk about turtle.wax graphene Brian from Apex detailing three big major players in the world when it comes to detailing sad to say I've come to a decision that this graphene product by turtle Wax might just be expensive snake-oil I think I'm going to stick to spray and shine turtle Wax got that right hybrid solution is fantastic graphene might as well be garlic bread very expensive garlic bread I hope you do some more follow-up videos on this would be interesting but I watched load TH-cam clips they all seem to come to a conclusion that graphene is not what it's supposed to be perhaps it's just this product, turtle Wax spray and shine is the nuts hell even sonax products are better hopefully they will treat it in the future as always Dave great review analyst review that's what we look forward to bloody snake oil
Hope we're still mates when this wax is as good as fujo soft99 then I will fall in love with graphene soft99 before they marked Iran with it and used to come in that silvery white can and it was about £20 was something on Rio yes it would last a whole year but I understand that they had to re engineer it report car it's not as durable as always Dave thanks sorry for the crappy review
Dave?

Well done uncle George
Hi , too much expensive...I prefer Turtle wax hybrid sealant . Greetings from Spain (sorry English is not my language)
can you apply this over a pre-existing ceramic coating? or must you remove and start from scratch?? ... wait I guess you answered that.... but would you? if you're lazy? 😂😂
you can just spray this on top of a coating. there would be no reasno to remove the coating, the coating is a proper durable base layer product, this spray product would not complete with a durability of a coating but it would compliment it as a topper.
