I know I am not the first and won’t be the last. I just truly need to make it through every weekend as great as I do during the week… that starts now!!

Great video Paul. Working with Bobby was a great experience; he was the very definition of being coachable.

I totally agree with being motivated by seeing others accomplish goals. I would love to see more content for women (before & afters, meal prep, guide toward building a “bikini body”) Love all your content!

I really like this channel and your content is great. I think the emphasis on 90 days could be dialled down a bit especially as you've said before that success relies on lifestyle change. For some people (myself included) to achieve the recomposition and stripping of body fat more than 90 days was required. Not to say that it wasn't achievable in 90 days but from a psychological and circumstance point of view it was easier just to slowly ease into the deficit, starting small and slowly getting to a good deficit that wasn't too drastic. Also on the recomp side, progressive overload required for me an undulating program of 3 steps forward one back and building over time. To get to my desired goals took closer to 6 months than 3. That includes the readjusted caloric intake of the new weight and LBM meaning eating at maintenance until the metabolism set itself back to that as a benchmark. This is not a whine or a gross criticism, I think your methods and advice is fantastic, Walking, strength training, eye on calories, body measurement over scale reliance, and lifestyle adjustment is a bullet proof way to success. I just think less emphasis on the 90 days aspect would be good as people may need longer and it may give some people the feeling that they are failing if they are not ripped in 90 days. Keep up the great work. As I said great channel.

Paul Paul Paul! I wish there was a way I can show you my before picture of myself back in 2002 when I was 390 pounds and now at the age of 43 being down at 220. I have to say at the age of 43 it does get a little harder. For me, it’s the discipline of eating too much of the wrong foods and eating very late. I just started using my fitness pal as more of a guide for me to assist me of not following that mentality “ let me have that cookie, I’ll burn it later at the gym” so far it’s working. Anywho. Thank you for all your videos. I’ve been watching them every morning doing my cardio at 6 am before work.

After a severel year hiatus, I started the process again 1 week ago. 50yo man, 6"5" 275 starting. Lost 7lbs in 1st week following your walking sched in the AM and and following your diet advice- logging everything i eat. 10,000 steps is easy when your day starts with 6000 steps . Also had a body composition this morning so i can really see whats happening

Hi Paul - a big thank you for all the content you have made available to me. You have a way of removing all the BS and providing a simple no nonsense approach to fat loss. I've learned so much from your content and have implemented your maco calculator and flexible dieting approach. I've learned and buit the habit of meal prepping in advance and am enjoying the process of seeing the fat loss. In 6 weeks I'm down 5kg (11 pounds) and have a deadline for a music festival on January 18, 2025. I've also created accountability through weekly videos, daily weigh-ins, and daily step tracking. I feel like I'm definitely on track as I've also implemented a few re-feed days when I've felt the need to do so, but wouldn't mind some extra guidance to maximise my results for the remaining 57 days. I was looking for the free consult link but can't seem to find it - apologies if it's staring me in the face.

amen. i know i have paralysis by analysis. i laughed when u said influencers are telling us no seed oils, no coffee until you're awake for 2 hours, ice baths, etc. People, like in any job/fitness, need a great mentor. I'm 54 and my gym has zero mentors. Kids are also obsessed with their phones and I think they're being influenced by Tik Tok. Gym culture has changed because of social media. Not for the better. IMO TY

Hi Paul! Thank you first for your great work on helping us with your channel! I have a question on slow metabolism: I made a test over a breath metabolism analyzer and it showed me a resting metabolic rate of 1385 instead of calculated 1900kcal. (41yrs-165cm-90kg-28%BF)
I heared that some people have smaller organs then others and this can give someone a lower metabolic rate then same person with same parameters. What's your opinion on this or is this a myth? I did another test 5 years ago and it showed the sames low 1400kcal resting metabolic rate. So I'm a slow burner.
I appreciate any help on this.. I struggle a lot with loosing weight because of this and I don't want to go lower in calories.
Right now I eat 1750kcal (40C/40P/20F) with 3x Full Body Workout and 10K steps a day..
Thank you for any suggestion and feedback 🙏🏼

I'm kinda despairing right now because I thought I'd got it sussed with intermittent fasting, only for the weight to come back on.
I'm disabled so limited in what I can do exercise wise although I have managed to get from 12½st to 11st and from a 40" waist to a 34" waist (I'm only 5'4" tall), I just can't get rid of the rest and into the healthy weight zone for my size of 8st 7lb

1st strategy to accomplish ANY goal: Being consistent ☝, because, even if you don't care about your health/ looks and want to be fat and stay fat, and die fat, even for that, you have to be consistent on your high calorie meals 😅

I've tried upping my workouts intensity where I mainly train for boxing and lift weights.i had to go from 4 down to 3days a week because I wasn't recovering from doing 1.half - 2hrs gym sessions
What I don't understand is my fat levels aren't changing at all as in,I eat the exact same things at work that are 3 cheap protien bars that have 20 grams protein,27 carbs 270 cals and 2 grams of sugar and 2 zero cal drinks.mainly energy.which lasts me from 9am-5pm but i literally don't eat until 20:00 after I finish the gym which is usually a chicken wrap and a protein shake that is 60 gram protein. That I repeat Mon-Friday even the weekend I don't have much sweet wise and I don't drink alcohol for months or longer on average.
So my question is,what would anyone recommend to me that i change as I'm 220 lbs and 6ft2.Would appreciate the help. Thanks
