I am 12 years old and I did this for a week with the correct form and reps. After a week of gain check, I saw massive fat loss and all of that was just under a week. THANK YOU JORDAN!!! I am going to continue and keep moving forward. The trick is to just push yourself even if you don't feel like it.

I remember when I was a newbie to this and thought I would never achieve routines like these. Now I can complete this hardcore routine with no problem and I am proud of myself. I can now do an interval exercise of 45 seconds and 15 seconds of rest. Everything can be done with constancy. Thank you so much for inspiring me Jordan
The spilt squat to burpee combo in the second half. Wow. Brutal. I've done Jordan's level 6 workouts and I honestly think the second half of this is the hardest on his channel. I'll be feeling this one tomorrow!
I hope I will be able to do this one day. I'm still really weak but I'm progressing slowly. I'm working so hard and my diet is definitely on point with meal plan that I got from Next Level Diet. The most important thing is I believe in myself.

This burn is so intense. The round 2 back to back from split squads to burpees is the real killer for me. Super tough. I couldn't keep the pace at all. Kudos. This is one workout i will include
Man. This is tough. For the squat splits on the downhill. I had to eventually switch to the alternative. The level 4s became easy but this is another beast to conquer. So thank you. I'll work hard until this becomes another simple workout. My fellow level 5 brothers and sisters. Lets get this beast tamed and move on to the level 6 eventually
I think you'll be able to do this workout fully without additional breaks or alternative but it will never become an easy one, is it 😂😂? Once i played level six, i felt this one was harder 🤣

The layout of this exercise is pure genius. I just realised it today although I have done it four previous times. I also realised that by the end of the exercise you will have done an average of 70 pushup to toe touches. THANK YOU JORDAN!!

I use to do this one + a lvl 6 on the same day everyday but I stoped 6 month ago. Now I’m struggling to do this one but I won’t give up, if I succeed in the pas I can do it again. Thanks for your work

the part that I was struggling with the most was the squats, taking time to isolate and train the legs helps. So, anyone that struggles with that, don't skip your leg days.

Yo man. I very glad that I found your channel. I had training from January 2018 to September 2018. It was only cardio and I lose 15 kilograms. I had continued from September 2018 to January 2019. And I hadn't lose any kilograms. Then I went to GYM. From January 2019 to November 2019 I lose only 10 kilograms. It was just only strength work, a little cardio. My muscle was increasing but I still had fat in general on my belly. I caught a plato. With coronavirus situation I threw workout in GYM and started cardio at home. I turned on my old workouts but I am not felt effort like an earlier. And I started find new workouts and found YOU. Your cardio workouts increased my level. THANK YOU. And my apologize for my English if I made a some mistakes.

I am 172cm and 65kgs and wear Mi Band 5. My max heart beat was 190bpm and average of 150bpm and used up 370 calories. Mind you I reach my VO2 max for 8 mins during the workout.

I used to follow Jordan everyday but since I’m a professional cricketer, I couldn’t afford to lose muscle by just doing cardio and the same was happening while following Jordan’s workouts. I searched for proper strength workouts everywhere and I ended up following Relentless Muscle. Although I follow Jordan too but only when I want to do cardio. Not sure if this comment’s gonna get deleted but I’m just being fair and helpful. Cheers!
If you eat properly and healthy, you wouldn't lose that much of weight and muscle doing this kind of training. Just my opinion and based on my experience

About 500+ kcal! High Protein, some complex carbs, and lots of greens! Remember to stay hydrated too!
I burnt approx 350kcal based on my weight, gender & age profile... Though I am only able to touch my shin on the pushups toe tap

pumpkinn 1 hey, if you want to gain muscle, no disrespect to Jordan at all, but follow Relentless Muscle. His strength workouts are absolutely amazing. I used to follow Jordan everyday but since I’m a professional cricketer, I couldn’t afford to lose muscle by just doing cardio and the same was happening while following Jordan’s workouts. I searched for proper strength workouts everywhere and I ended up following Relentless Muscle. Although I follow Jordan too but only when I want to do cardio. Not sure if this comment’s gonna get deleted but I’m just being fair and helpful. Cheers!

If you eat properly and healthy, you wouldn't lose that much of weight and muscle doing this kind of training. Just my opinion and based on my experience
