Yesterday I could not run because the place where I used to run was closed so I've tried this workout. Man it's insanely difficult and challenging at the same time this is the only real cardio workout that I've found on youtube.
I do hiit at home 5days a week.. and I think I will be trying this out next. I love that he isn't doing show off stuff people trying to lose weight clearly can't do
I did this like twice a week, just for 3 months (sometimes not consistent) and i was able to improve my 2.4km timing from 14:16 min before to 10:29 min after!!! I did not jog once during this period! thank you jordan for making this epic workout

Please, another "Killer Bodyweight Workout Vol.2 (Level 5-6)". That is my favorite ever. No abs, no push-ups, only big cardio movements perfectly assembled. That would be great to get another master class to alternate.

It's nothing like the level 6 workout, it seems similar acoording to time rest but nothing close to the level of diddiculty, this is a level 2.5 workout.

Here everyone. A ranking system I came up with for Jordan videos:
F: you fail to complete the video. (You literally can't finish the video)
D: you skip a set (you do jumping Jack's, skip running in place, do squats)
C: you take a rest during a set (meaning you're doing squats. You hit 5. Then take a break in the middle of it. Then continue onward)
B: You complete all sets but don't reach the required rep count (if during the video you fall short of a rep count. You automatically are not eligible for an A or higher rank)
A: You complete either the first or second half of the workout while hitting all rep numbers. (First half is completing all 6 workouts before the long break. Meaning if you enter second half and fall short in a rep. You cant achieve S or higher.)
S rank: you complete the entire workout and hit every rep count
J rank: you go above the rep requirement for every workout for the entire video (J rank stands for Jordan Rank)

Fantastic Videos, really a great workout, you will sweat BUT you will not be in pain.
The reverse sequence is definitely tough. But the sweat at the end is worth it!
Did this and it is a solid level 4 to me. my legs are BURNINGGGG. still quite lenient coz no pushup involved (except for the last exercise)
BTW, All pyramid workout is always at least level 3 to me.

I’ve completed this workout by hitting the target reps. I would rate this workout round 1 at level 3.5, and final round especially last set(burpees) at around level 4.
