@@ridwannoordaully1045 Yes, at this point I do 1-2 hiit sets per day, thanks to jordan, though for almost 3 months I was on diet and dedicated to long walks and then jogging. I was 110 kg, now my weight is 88kg. With walking and running you do lose weight but at some point you have to work out your core. That's my experience, my journey so far, without any further professional guidance.

I am on a fitness journey and have been taking an IRL MMA cardio fitness class for 6 months. I am 5' 8" male, was 230 pounds. I am down to 205! In the best shape of my life. Well, today I had to miss class, so I decided to finally open my new yoga mat and bring up a no-equipment workout on TH-cam to do at home. This was my first time working out alone at home! This is the video I chose. I played it 1 1/2 times for a 45 minute workout. Very good! It feels safe and stable but challenging. New to me was the crosswise lunge thing. I can see how it will help with balance and strength! I liked it a lot! Thank you!

hello...im 16 yrs old. im lazy asf and all i do is watch anime and sleep all day,my family suggested that i should workout during quarantine and my cousin suggested your channel(jordan) for me to start.. ever since i discovered this channel i began working out with you 1 hour per day..and i gotta say making sweat is a good feeling and i feel my bones and joints aching a lot... i didnt have a good start and i couldnt even finish 30 min workout session...i only got the energy to stop at the start of round 3.. nonetheless,all i gotta say is..thank you

- Body sweat is water and salt. - Diet is the only thing that can help you burn fat; eat no more than 20 grams of carbs a day so your body burn fat for energy instead of carbs. - Protein intake should be no less than 40% of your calorie intake. - Never skip lifting so you never lose muscle mass. - Drink a lot of water - Fat intake shouldn't be lower than 50 grams a day so your cells, hormones and body can function properly. So I trust that this workout would build muscle too. Because I don't want to lose weight. In fact I want to gain weight - with muscles. 18 months in gym and two instructors later and all that changed is my bank balance and my level of patience. Either I have extremely bad genes or no workouts work for me. Jordan gave me new hope, so I want to start doing home workouts. So I trust this workout builds muscle too.

hello...im 16 yrs old. im lazy asf and all i do is watch anime and sleep all day,my family suggested that i should workout during quarantine and my cousin suggested your channel(jordan) for me to start..
ever since i discovered this channel i began working out with you 1 hour per day..and i gotta say making sweat is a good feeling and i feel my bones and joints aching a lot...
i didnt have a good start and i couldnt even finish 30 min workout session...i only got the energy to stop at the start of round 3..

- Body sweat is water and salt.
- Diet is the only thing that can help you burn fat; eat no more than 20 grams of carbs a day so your body burn fat for energy instead of carbs.
- Protein intake should be no less than 40% of your calorie intake.
- Never skip lifting so you never lose muscle mass.
- Drink a lot of water
- Fat intake shouldn't be lower than 50 grams a day so your cells, hormones and body can function properly.

So I trust that this workout would build muscle too. Because I don't want to lose weight. In fact I want to gain weight - with muscles.
18 months in gym and two instructors later and all that changed is my bank balance and my level of patience.
Either I have extremely bad genes or no workouts work for me.
