I have been exercising and dieting since last year, around this time (1 year). I have lost 60 pounds (245 to 185). I joined a gym that does yoga/cardio/strength very similar to these videos. I go three times a week and removed added sugar from my diet (but added a lot of fruit). When I started last year, I could not finish a single level 1 workout, and I often had to pause during the in-person classes at my gym. Now, I can complete this level 5 workout twice in a row (back-to-back, just a 3 minute break and rewatch the video and do for 1 hour total). I do a Jordan Yeoh workout whenever I cannot got to the gym, which is often (4 times a month or so). These excellent videos have been motivational. I love the music and the clear pace and the preview window. I love being able to gauge my progress. Just a few months ago, I could not complete one hour of level 4. It was just too hard, too many explosive actions (jump squats, etc.), and I couldn't physically do it. Now, today I finished this workout twice (1 hour workout). I am very proud of my progress, and these Jordan Yeoh videos have helped keep me motivated and safe because I have not had any injuries in one year, thank goodness! Please keep up the good work and the excellent videos, Mr. Yeoh. You inspire all of us!

TECHNOLOGY MASTER 5kg in a week is not that ideal bro, in that 5kg you might also have lost some muscles if you were losing your weight too fast. Ideal weight loss is just around 1% of body weight per week.
Wow....what a workout! Glad to be able to keep up. I used to do 100 burpees (10 x 10, 45 sec rest between) daily. But this is from a different dimension altogether. Every fibre of the body hurts, sweat gushing out of every pore....exhaustion never felt so good. Thank you so much, Jordan.
Yesterday I finished the 21 Days fitness challenge and did this today. Earlier I used to do level 4 and tried this once but gave up after round 2. Today I'm so proud of myself and thankful to you for teaching me that a positive mind and never give up attitude can help anyone achieve greater heights.

I guess you could replace the power tucks with pushups to save up some energy and then extend with pullups - pushups - jumping Jack's - jack knife x2 with 8 reps plus 30s rest
@@mayankagarwal1724 just do a 15 minutes level 3 as a warm up tan the level 5. Or if you think your tough enough try to keep up with Jordan on his level 6 workout
You see round 3 ? Do that 2 more times on repeat, same type 3 minute rest, follow on. Alternatively during the single leg burpees, do a scissor leg jump burpee 10 count version. Which is push up, scissors x 6 , pull in , squat explosive jump, push up . That's 1 count. Follow through without rest which is 30 + 15 + 30 + 15 altogether 1 and half minute of 10 count scissor jump push up burpees. Guaranteed you will be gassed. If that isn't enough, try changing your standard jump to tuck jumps.
This is the hardest workout by far from all JY's TH-cam workout .. less than 30mins u can feel the burn and how exhausted u can be.. thanks Jordan for all the workouts.

This was difficult than level 4+ but definitely more anaerobic. Level 4+ is more aerobic i felt. But great workout! Thank you Jordan for such great videos!
FP Crunches are awesome, and you as well! My Doc told me to do something similar for my back, but the feets were on the ground. Holding my feets together like you is just genius. I feel my back muscles working hard while doing it that way!
so happy to say i didnt need much more rest than what the video gave me, only skipped 1 one-leg burpee in the final round because my leg couldn’t push any longer but did it once the video finished! amaazing cardio for monday morning

This is probably a level 6.5 or 7. I usually do level 5 pretty easy and I would have some trouble doing this right here. Another great workout that I will be doing this upcoming week 🤙.

Hello @Jordan Yeoh Fitness , I have tried this workout for 2 days. First day I got little bit nauseous on first day after workout and on the second day I felt again little bit nauseous again. There was little bit increase change in diet. I felt something is missing. Please suggest some improvements so cannot fell nauseous after the workout. Thanks.
Just finished this workout. I'd say it's somewhere in between Level 4 and Level 4+. The 10 sets of burpees kills me every time. This workout has longer rests and each individual exercise is slightly harder than Level 4 exercises. Thanks for this workout Jordan!
Hi Jordan. I follow your channel for 3 months. I'm from Spain. I'm 47 years old. During the first month I couldn't finish your videos (sedentary live). Now I finish them at level 2,5. I notice differences in my body and in my attitude towards physical exercise. I've never felt so alive. I just wanted to say thank you for that drain of sand that you contribute to improve the lives of others. P. D. : an intermediate level routine with back and arm exercises (biceps) would be possible?. It would be amazing.

it depends on your intensity, your weight etc. I also think that an average person cannot burn 500-700 kcal by just doing this workout. :/ I don't think that's very accurate.

It should be level 6 or 6+. I was literally dead after this, lying on floor for 15-20 mins once done and sweating like hell. 🏋️♀️💪

Skip all the 10 seconds rest and put it on 0.5x speed
Do the video in 2x speed and watch it 👍

Jordan, great wk! question: in staying home times for COVID-19 would you say one of your workouts is enough for the wk of the day? or would you recommend complementing with another video or other kind of workout?

Hello @Jordan Yeoh Fitness , I have tried this workout for 2 days. First day I got little bit nauseous on first day after workout and on the second day I felt again little bit nauseous again. There was little bit increase change in diet. I felt something is missing. Please suggest some improvements so cannot fell nauseous after the workout. Thanks.
@@XITIJTHOOL experiment with your diet and stay hydrated is your best bet.
Just finished this workout. I'd say it's somewhere in between Level 4 and Level 4+. The 10 sets of burpees kills me every time. This workout has longer rests and each individual exercise is slightly harder than Level 4 exercises. Thanks for this workout Jordan!

Hi Jordan. I follow your channel for 3 months. I'm from Spain. I'm 47 years old. During the first month I couldn't finish your videos (sedentary live). Now I finish them at level 2,5. I notice differences in my body and in my attitude towards physical exercise. I've never felt so alive. I just wanted to say thank you for that drain of sand that you contribute to improve the lives of others.
P. D. : an intermediate level routine with back and arm exercises (biceps) would be possible?. It would be amazing.

Description says 500-700
it depends on your intensity, your weight etc. I also think that an average person cannot burn 500-700 kcal by just doing this workout. :/ I don't think that's very accurate.
