You shouldn't go all out on this exercise as he's doing. Just practice only one count on each movement and practice until your body is prepared, before increasing the counts
I've been doing this for past 1.5 months and have lost 7.5kgs.. I can really see the difference, I mixed this routine with another cardio and ab workout routines on some days! Great workout!!

I agree I regularly doxjogging trice a week. I run for about 8km per session and do a bit of some muscle training. And yet. Its so exhausting to me.. 😢
I have been doing this and your other workouts 3 days a week for the past 10 months. This workout is so difficult i sometimes keep up with you and sometimes I don't, I think it's more than level 4.5. With your workout and some diet plan I have lost 13kgs in 8 months now my BMI is 22.2, Thank you!
@@aayushacharya1616 I understand, i lost 3 kg in the first 4 weeks, but then my weight loss took longer time. At one point i was just stuck and i had to do some intermittent fasting to start losing weight again. There are two reasons which made my weight loss take longer time 1. I was not that overweight to start with, i was 83Kg and my BMI was 26.2. 2. I only worked out for 3-4 times a week, in the evening. With that in mind I am really proud of the achievement because I didn't put in a lot (as of today, back then it was a lot) effort. I made a small lifestyle change, i.e. after work I do some workout then i take a shower, I don't mind what time it is i just don't take shower if i don't do my workout, so the work out had to be brief, intense and motivating that is why I'm really thankful to Jordan's videos, they are just convenient for a lot of people and particularly for someone like me.

I wasn't able to maintain my form as good as Jordan did but I was able to complete the exercise albeit with a lot more pauses and lengthier breaks in between rounds. Going to get married in a month have a layer of fat around the belly that would burn in a week provided I religiously follow your cardio routine. Thank you for sharing! I skipped through the exercises bcos I haven't trained with Jordan before and all I saw was 30 secs timers for each exercise so I thought it was a 30 on 30 off which I don't find challenging. And I read some comments about how tough it was and thought maybe you guys were just beginners. But I decided I'd do 40/20 of each to see how it goes. Only when I began did I realise it's 30/10. I gave this program a go this morning as I'm in quarantine unfortunately..... was thinking to start insanity again but you know what ..... I'll ditch the insanity and stick to this , absolutely love this HIIT program ... let's see what results I get after a month.

I actually do the program Monday - Friday and sometimes twice a day ..... it's to early to see results really but honestly it's a very good workout. First few days you might find this a bit harder but then it gets easier however that's the time you need to push .... go all out kn 30 seconds. I'll update in a month time 💪
Alright here's an update after 8 months following this excercise with little variation. I'm 5 '7 (171cm) weighing around 65kg, I was 72-74kg. I wasn't really overweight so i didn't loose drastic amount of it but other body parts like cheeks, neck, stomach has reduced plenty in size. What I'm doing different is, 2burpees & 2 climbers in the begining of 3rd set

I've lose around 9kg from 85kg to 76kg in a month just by following your workout! 5x/week and maintaining the calories deficit. My height is 1.69cm Sometimes i took small amount of cheating meal just for motivate me more! Hopefully i can hit less than 70kg by december ✌

I think 13 kgs in 8 months is not so big because I just lost 15 kg in 2..5 months
