I own an originally vanilla 69 notchback, with no unusual options or oddities. With respect to those who own, if you'll pardon the term, "trailer queens" such as this stunning beauty, I've never felt compelled to own one. Not because I couldn't appreciate one, but I don't think I could resist the urge to put some mileage on the odometer. And not just sunny day cruising miles. My girl still bears scars from the dirty Street fights we've been in, as both winner and loser.
Ditto, 1975 bought a "notchback" wrecked for $300. $600 and my labor, drove that 3 speed ,302 for 3 years. Man what a fun, with a couple of scratches, car!
I’m also in B.C. and just bought a 1969 Mach 1 in Calypso Coral with a 428 cobra jet, which looks exactly like yours except my hood is matte black instead of gloss black. Can I ask if you still have your Mustang? I bet ours are probably the only two 428 calypso orange Mach 1s in B.C.!
I used to have 1973 Mach1 but 1969 is the most handsome Mustang for me...
That is the most perfect Mustang ever to hit the street. Wing and window louvers are the icing of perfection.
What an absolute beauty ❤️
Congratulations! She’s a beaut!

Gorgeous car. The blackout hood treatment is gloss but should be flat if the stock look is the intention.
Kinda looks good with all gloss too tho
@@piercemccauley7079 it does . Those classics aren’t meant to be flat colored
@@jlg5798 trust me i know i literally have this exact car lol
It's really Matte Black and not Flat Black . Matte is easily cleaned Flat is not easily cleaned .
@@edge2sword186 My bad. yes the blackout hood should be a matte finish although a flattening agent is used to get the look.
Beyond beautiful.
Nice. Just got mine last year as well. Original 351W though. Gonna stroke it to a 408 eventually.
Oh U will have a "torquer with the stroker".
These are the best years, before the Mustangs gained weight
for me, best looking car Ford ever made.
Best look car made of all time !!
Nothing sounds better than a Ford.
Wish list remains out of my reach. Beautiful car though congratulations!
That’s probably one great feeling knowing that your car arrived in your garage..! It’s like Christmas Day 🤣
sweet ride!!
Always seems to rain on delivery day...been there! Beautiful car.
It's got a very sweet
healthy sound to it...
Brought my 69 mach 1 home same way march 13 1978.......351 Windsor....
I had a ‘69 Mach I with the 351 4v- that thing would run like a scalded dog. 351w 4v > 351c

Ça c est de la caisse
I'd be sick if some idiot plowed into it worry about that when I get my stang out
It’s definitely something to think about, but to ease your mind get a good classic car insurance policy.
Really nice car, but those flowmasters sound terrible. They never sound good on any car in my opinion.
