Medial meniscus shows minor intrasubstance tear at posterior horn.

. Few geodes are noted in medical aspect of lateral femoral condyle.
. Mild knee joint effusion extending with mild synovial thickening is noted.

. Acl shows grade 2 degeneration
. Few geodes are noted in medical aspect of lateral femoral condyle and lateral tibial plateau.
. Few marginal osteophytes are noted in lateral femoral condyle with subtle loss of articular cartilage over it.

Hello Sir,
1) In MRI report its mentioned that I have complete to near tear of ACL. But seeing my physical condition doctor said that the ACL is strached a bit and said wait for 2 months and then go for MRI scaning.
Is this ok, if I went for surgery after 2 months ( had ACL tear since 1 month )
2) Can I do walking, physiotheraphy excersies until I go for surgery? Or will it affect any other parts ??

MRI OF RT. KNEE IMPRESSION:
*Suggestive of tear of ACL.
* Suspected injury to lower part of patellar tendon.
* Suggestive of sprain of medial collateral ligament.
* Mid joint effusion & soft tissue edema as mentioned above.
* Suggestive of bony cyst in the upper shaft tibia.
Note: 23/07/2022 last appointment doctor said as soon as possible need to operation.

Good afternoon sir ji।सर मैं ३ मार्च को एसीएल लिगामेंट complet टियर की सर्जरी कराया हु।अभी मैं सही तरीका से दोनो पैर से नही चल पाता हूं और एक्सरसाइज करते समय हल्का दर्द होता है।dr सहन १ महीने के लिए Tendocar fort की टैब लेट दिए थे जिसे मैं ४५ दिन खा चुका हूं।कृपया मुझे बताइए कि और कितने दिन तक दवाई खाना होगा और पूरा ठीक होने में कितने दिन और लग सकता है।प्लीज बताइएगा।

Hello Doctor Sir, do mahine pehle mera PCL tear (Grade 3) ka surgery hua hai, jisme screw lagaya hua hai. ye screw kab nikalana chahiye aur main wapas se kab bike chla paunga aur run kar paaunga.
screw 6 months ke bad safely nikal sakte hai. proper rehabilitation exercises ke saath, 2 months par bike and 6 months par running ho sakti hai

no. hamsting tendons are used as graft which dont grow again after harvesting
