എന്റെ sports injuary ആയിരുന്നു AcL പൊട്ടി, മെനുസ്കസിനു പ്രശ്നം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. പക്ഷെ 3 മാസത്തിൽ treatment എടുത്തു Acl sugery കഴിഞ്ഞു ഇപ്പൊ ഒന്നര മാസം ആയി, ഹോസ്പിറ്റൽ ഫിസിയോ ചെയ്തിരുന്നു exercise പറഞ്ഞു തന്നപോലെ ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്.. ഞാൻ ചെയ്യേണ്ടുന്ന exercise മറ്റെന്തൊക്കെയെന്നു ഒരു advise തരുമോ.. തിരികെ sports activity ചെയ്യാൻ വേണ്ടിയാണു surgery ചെയ്തത്. 🙏

എനിക്ക് 10മാസം ആയി sports injury ആയിട്ടു ആദ്യമേ ഡോക്ടർ പറഞ്ഞു acl and mencus injury പറഞ്ഞു കീ ഹോൾ ചെയ്യാൻ പറഞ്ഞു ഞാൻ കേട്ടില്ല. കുറെ ആയുർവ്വേദം കൊണ്ട് നടന്നു വീണ്ടും ഇപ്പോൾ MRI എടുത്തപ്പോൾ അപ്പോൾ എല്ലാം പോയി കിടക്കുവാണെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു ഇപ്പോൾ ligment replace ചെയ്യണം എന്നാണ് പറഞ്ഞത്... ഇപ്പോൾ uk യിൽ ആണ്. ഇവിടെ ചെയ്യണമോ അതോ നാട്ടിൽ ചെയ്യണമോ? ഇവിടെ ഓപ്പറേഷൻ date കിട്ടാൻ ഭയങ്കര പാടാണ്.. ഇനി ഒരു തിരിച്ചു വരവുണ്ടാകുമോ... ഇവിടെ അവർ പറയുന്ന ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ ആണ് പോകാൻ പറ്റുകയുള്ളു.. എക്സ്പീരിയൻസ് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കാലു പോകും 🤔.. എന്താണ് ചെയേണ്ടത് ഒരു അഡ്വൈസ് പറയാമോ.
