My gumshield pokes into my gums making them sore and after 10 mins it falls out. I'm supposed to have 2hours per lesson and I don't want to fix it up to 12 times whilst trying to focus. Anyone know how to fix this?

Some Random Kid I would suggest remoulding it just like we did here. Don’t put it into cold water until you’re happy with the fit.
