    Thanks for the video, I simply let mine sit for about 3 seconds out of the boiling water testing it with my fingers and then, truly did suck inward and pushed inward with my fingers on my upper lip !!

      You are more than welcome, thank you for doing the video, I think sucking inward on your mouth to close down the mouth cavity allows perfect absolutely perfect formation.
      The key really is getting the timing correct.
      I did use one mouthpiece and found it was easier after watching your video and a couple of others.
      The mouthpiece that I'm using actually snaps off of my properties and the formation that is absolutely perfect. Thank you!

    • @SenseiDavid

      you could buy a normal mouth guard and just mold it the same way. the plastic will mold around your braces

  • @PRHILL9696
    @PRHILL9696 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

    I was also told to make sure the guard does not touch or cover your gums as it dames them and to cut the edges so it does not touch the gums. Yet as soon as I do that it no longer stays in my mouth and no longer fits. I keep buying these and cannot get it to stay in once I cut the top edges. But again I cannot have the top edges touch my gums so seriously how can this work?

      you just need the water to be hot enough to soften the mouth guard . in a microwave 30sec should be enough. if your boiling on a stove once you see bubbles it’s more then hot enough
