Is the pinion nut right hand or left hand thread, I tried to do this repair and could not get the nut to break loose, I even went so far as to use a 3 ton jack against a breaker bar and it still wouldn't come loose. Tried Kroil, PB Blaster, heating the nut and an 1100 ft lbs Mac impact. Had no success, any tips would be helpful. Thanks in advance BW.
@@BW-vz9sj just a regular thread, not reverse. I took it off with a cordless 1/2” impact gun. Maybe see if you can borrow a more powerful impact from someone?
