I think Neita is stepping up to take Dina’s place. Dina is still champion material, however, I think it’s because her technique is wrong. I feel Dina needs to learn to run upright instead of leaning forward…that leaning forward is likely what is causing her injuries and slowing her down in the final state of her race. She’s got the fast start, she’s got the strength, endurance, frequency, all of it, but her mechanics are not allowing her to do well over the distance.
No, Dina should run the way she feels is best for... HER.
