What's crazy is she looked totally calm and composed in her face while sprinting at blazing speeds... looked like she was sitting on the couch watching a sitcom. Hell yeah Sha'Carri... can't wait to see you dominate for years to come.

I noticed that too. I truly believe flo Jo had sprinting down to a science with her technique. She stressed the importance of relaxation and we saw the results. Elaine Thompson and shacarri also have shown that same level of relaxation. These 3 women are the only 3 to have recorded speeds of 24mph.

What is even MORE amazing for me in this race is that she received the baton almost in a stationary position. She started to take off when she saw Gabby coming but had to practically stop to receive the baton but that did not give the Jamaicans NO ADVANTAGE in the end.

@@ronnieyoung2075 Yes but even the great Flojo or Thompson ran at the speed Shacarri is already running at the age of 23. So that tells me that she has the potential to be the best ever. Right now I still think Flojo is the best ever but that can change if Shacarri becomes the sprinter I think she will. Flojo was 28 before she perfected her running technique and the same with Thompson but Shacarri is already their She just has to work on her starts Once she puts her starts and top speed together she will be phenomenal.

But I guess she has got a real good trainer to tell her all the psychological important things. Its very interesting this issue of a harmonical ( and in Sha´carris case soo beutifull) facial expression - and could be reflexion of the minds state. When crossing the line You are allowed to - evverything. But it was so nice to see how she was watching the very big surprice after the 100m final. She’s got world record pace in her 200M as well, as evinced by her Africa run, as well as her round in the trials. So, all she needs is some more final 50 endurance combined with her speed, and I think that’s what they’re gonna work on more now. If I’m Dennis, I’m having ShaCarri run tons of 400M runs.

Last year people were talking down on the young lady but now praising her now.
This young lady suffered a great lose in her life, she was smoking weed she never deny it she told her truth about it.
Yet a flood of attacks came her way from different people she didn’t even know, just hateful hate and these same people are smiling in her face and writing but still try to slip a jab in every now and then while Sha’ Carri reaches the greatest of her talent.
Know body wanted her when she was down and out and wasn’t herself.
I remember when she came in dead last in the 100m they had some much ugly to say and write about her.
Look at what God has done, lifted her to Greatness, where are those who wrote her off now? They can’t say anything she’s above their writing skills their options don’t matter now and most of all Sha’Carri doesn’t care to even talk to them she hasn’t forgot those who attacked her when she was down and now she’s to high for them to reach her heights. May has God changed everything with this young lady, I know give the Living Creator it’s praises has many nervous in their own spirit their souls is crumbling inside them and it should leave those bodies to drop where they stand.

Brilliant analysis - you should team up with Michael Johnson and start a sprinter's academy. You've pointed out something I never noticed, Sha'Carri never lands flat-footed, she runs on the balls of her feet as opposed to Shericka in this video. If she mixes in some endurance training over the coming years (300/400m) reps - she could go on to become the greatest 100/200 m female sprinter the world has ever seen, maybe eclipsing Shelley-Ann-Fraser Price. Shericka is the 200 m GOAT right now because of her early years of 400 m running.

She’s defeated all the top Jamaicans, contrary to claims she could not. She has run sub 10.7 despite folks continually saying she couldn’t. She not only has three World Medals, but two World Medals in Championship Records with one in a World Record breaking split. Need I go on? It must really suck to be a ShaCarri hater right now with nothing to say other than yah’ don’t like her fingernails or think she doesn’t act white enough, despite the fact she is proudly BLACK! ROFL

@@dennisrobinson8008 I agree! The cool thing about that 10.57 is so many folks kept saying she needed wind to run that time, while failing to realize the times someone runs windy are times their body is actually capable of running. That 10.65 into a headwind showed very clearly ShaCarri and run a legal 10.5 right now. I really, reeeally want ShaCarri to run all the way to the line at least to put down a good time; that 10.65 would’ve been even lower had she not celebrated, and especially if she dipped (it’s like she actually pulled her torso back). I wanna see her separate herself with proper times.

However, drugs cannot POSSIBLY account for FloJo’s mechanics, plan of execution, etc. FloJo’s claim to fame is her groundbreaking mechanics, mastery of relaxation, and a plan of execution that may never in the future be matched nor surpassed!
