    Your workouts are perfect. By doing them I already gained 5kg of muscle in 3 months! This is a loot to me because I'm very skinning and have dificulty to put on weight. Please never stop doing this!

      Thank you! Yes, be consistent with your workouts, adding HIIT training or cardio 2-3x per week is also recommends and most importantly... a clean diet. They all play factors in results.

    I heard that crunches can be bad for the spine. What can i do instead?

      They are only bad if your form is bad. I have back and neck problems from an auto accident when I was young, and doing abs/crunches never hurts my back. Focus on good form. Keep your back pressed firmly into the ground during lower ab work such as leg lifts and extensions. You can also place your hands under your hips to support your back. Finally, lift WITH your abs, not your neck. A common mistake that people make is they lift up with their neck. This is not good for your neck or spine. When your hands support behind your neck during abs, they should do just that... support. All lifting should come from the core.

      I like to do between 10-15 mins of abs per day (5-6x per week). If you need more then you can do this abs workout twice or do this along with another ab video for added burn 🔥

    Question though y do I always feel it in upper abs than lower or all over

      Concentrate on pressing your belly button through your back and into the floor - almost like your lower back is glued to the ground. This will help you to focus more on the lower portion of your abs.

      I don't think any workout can give you guaranteed abs, but consistency and a good diet will help. You've probably heard it 100s of times, but to reveal your abs -- that's diet. To really see abs your body fat needs to be under 14%. The ab workouts you do while getting your body fat % down will help to build definition and muscle so they really POP. Hope that helps.

    Not enough rest time for beginners. Tried to have my wife train with me and she was cramping after three exercises. I’ve been training for 10+ years and this was challenging. Misguiding title
