    This is one of the first "beginner ab" routines that I have seen that is actually appropriate for beginners. Great Job.

    I am the guy that is out of shape, but reasonably athletic, and am constantly starting and stopping with diets and workouts. I wanted a beginner ab exercise that isn’t too much on day 1 of another restart, and this is it! This is helping me get back into shape and a workout rhythm that isn’t crushing me, but also let’s me know that after a bit of time I can move to a harder workout. Thanks, can’t wait to get a routine going, and then stepping up to another level.

    Dave, can you please add a 'beep' at start as well as finish on this one? Its difficult to see when on floor and screen is up so lost of us go by the beeps! Working our way around each workout here! McLovin it.

    World record for Plank Hold
    On February 15, Hood held a plank for 8 hours, 15 minutes and 15 seconds, which Guinness World Records confirmed was the new record. The female record is currently held by Dana Glowacka from Canada, who held a plank for 4 hours, 19 minutes and 55 seconds last year, according to Guinness World Records.

    How long after a fractured toe would it be fine to go back to doing planking exercises ? Is the adapted plank still beneficial to do while waiting for it to heal also ?
    I have low muscle tone due to disability but I love walking (as much as can) short time on treadmill and trying to improve core because I’m self conscious about that but the injury is meaning I’m stuck and I’m missing exercise mentally and physically
