Try exercises that isolate the lower part of your abs, and attempt to focus on engaging the area you want to engage. Its easier to engage our strongest muscles, and we tend to not notice we do. Try keeping your back straight along with exercises like leg lifts, flutter kicks, v ups.😃

Hey man I want to ask you that can i do your 6 week shredded workout program. Because i am a bit of skinny person. I have some experience in Calisthenics and can do 70+ push ups and 20+ pull ups in a row. But have no experience with dumbles. Pls tell can i gain muscle with that program.
You don’t burn a lot of calories during ab workouts. You could estimate somewhere around 50-90 calories burned per 10 mins of abs. If you want to burn calories look to HIIT workouts.

When i do ab workouts, the top half of my "abs" burn mostly. How come i cant feel that same intensity in my lower half of abs.
