  • Join me for a radiant 10 minute yoga nidra morning rest that will prime you for having a calm and balanced day.
    Yoga nidra is a form of non sleep deep rest that is perfect for setting the tone for your day. If you wish to feel calm and balanced through out the day then this yoga nidra practice will help you tap into your parasympathetic nervous system in just 10 minutes.
    This short yoga nidra practice can used in a holistic way, like guided morning meditation to calm your mind and set a daily intention deep into the subconscious mind.

    Beautiful way to restart my day as a tired teacher awake at 2:00 AM with a mind racing and trying to figure out how to do it all! Thank you! I'd love to see a healing yoga nidra practice for injuries, sickness or just feeling rundown.

    Thanks so much for putting this on TH-cam,
    I’m a 63 year
    old man and have started doing this about 2 weeks ago .
    It’s wonderful, easy to follow, and a lovely soothing voice .
    The time goes so fast , seems more like 5 minutes than the 10 minutes.

    Hi loren, I found this one, which is also really relaxing 😊
    Nice start of the day.(8 am in the Netherlands)
    Focussing on both arms, hands, and both legs and feet, and the left and right side of the body (especially perfect for the short practice)
    And the sankalpa “ I have a calm and balanced day”
    Personally I would have liked a little more time to do the sankalpa 🤭

      So glad you are loving it! I don't think I can be the one to say if an experience is good or bad but rather ask you if the experience felt okay to you. If you were able to still feel safe that is the most important part of the practice. Because the practice of yoga nidra is very deep, many different things can happen from out-of-body experiences, and astral projections to feeling or seeing different things. What may feel good to one person may feel really bad for another. It is very normal to have experiences in sensation etc, so as long as it felt "good" to you I say that is perfect! Hope this makes sense 💗

    Was great minus the ads playing in the middle of the practice, it was disruptive. If it's possible to move them to the start or end of the video, that would be great

      That's a major bummer. Unfortunately I have zero control over random (it doesn't happen all the time) ads TH-cam places in my content until I hit 1k subscribers. I reached out and asked and the only suggestion they offered was for viewers to pay premium TH-cam 🙄 sorry you had that experience.
