This is not at all difficult for ladies. Soak one tumbler of rice. Gring in a mixie like thick chutney consistency. Spread on cut bana leaves. Spread the vegetable half cooked. Fold it like this. That is it. While rice is getting soaked, we can cut veggies and half cook them with necessary spices. Di not freeze food, and microwave. The food becomes unhealthy. Then steam it for 15 Mts.
