    Nice method aunty I tried only in this method vadaams got stuck to plates can you suggest any remedy when oil is applied it smells in the container kindly reply

    Can we dry directly on sunlight. Will it become brown on frying. For me its becoming brown on frying. But taste was good. Pls clarify.

    Hi , I tried this. it is super in taste. But after drying the pappadam gets folded. Is there any way to get the papad in perfect shape without folding.

    We steam the vadam and just eat them for tiffin. I can polish about 25 of the "ghanathha vadam".
