Ramadan was 1 time event in history when revelation of the Quran started , and its purpose was to tell people of that time do a process of stead-fasting , meaning absorbing and consuming the message of God, to achieve conscience of God and follow his message, it had nothing to do with abstaining from food or drink .

I'm a Chinese who came to Islam and enjoyed fasting for many years. But as I grew older, I was doing it the wrong way and not able to get rid of my belly fat. Now I know. Tried keto two years ago and it worked so well. Knowledge no matter from who is blessed. Sad thing among Muslims, this subject is not explored deeply. They should be most eager.

@Eraf Mohammodiy The Church has always taught that Jesus is God. The claim that the belief in Jesus’s divinity is an invention is a myth. You can read the letters of the early church fathers if you’d like. Two of the early church fathers, St. Ignatius and St. Polycarp mentioned in their letters that Jesus is God. They were bishops from the first century and it’s very possible that they knew John the Apostle, the one who’s mentioned in the book of Revelation. If Christianity is corrupted, then Jesus is a liar because He said “the gates of hell shall not prevail against my church” (Matthew 16:18-19).

@Fatima Alzahra following a certain diet has the potential to make you more healthy, which doesn't collide with what the prophet says. in fact, most of the things we eat these days are full of so many harmful substances that setting them aside for a while would prove to be a good choice later on down the line. they could be as simple as regular toast. I don't think Dr. Berg is the type of person who uses his influence in a certain way to attract people to use his products, which in this case is "His" keto diet as you said.

Halal merely means permissible, not obligatory.
Imagine God telling all people to eat only meat. Then poor people wouldn't be able to be Muslim. So eat all the best things Allah gives you and if you know that keto is best, then eat keto and you will actually be making your God happy by doing what is best for yourself.

As the full moon rises in the night sky, many people across the world observe it with awe and wonder. For centuries, people have been fascinated by the power and energy of the full moon, and some even believe that fasting during this time can have spiritual and physical benefits.
Fasting during the full moon has been practiced by different cultures for centuries, with some viewing it as a way to cleanse the body and mind. It is said that the gravitational pull of the full moon has a significant impact on the tides of the oceans, and also on the fluids within the human body, including blood and lymphatic fluid. Fasting during the full moon is believed to help the body to eliminate toxins and unwanted substances more effectively.
In some traditions, fasting during the full moon is done for three days, and this is believed to be the ideal duration for the practice. During this time, it is recommended to consume only water and herbal teas, and to avoid solid food. Some people may also choose to meditate or spend time in quiet contemplation during this time, to further enhance the benefits of the fast.
Mountains are often considered to be places of spiritual significance, and fasting during the full moon while in the mountains can be particularly powerful. The natural beauty of the mountain landscape, combined with the energy of the full moon, can create a profound sense of connection to the universe and to one's own inner self.
While fasting during the full moon is not for everyone, those who choose to embark on this practice may find that it offers a sense of renewal and rejuvenation. Whether done in the mountains or elsewhere, fasting during the full moon can be a way to honor the natural cycles of the universe and to deepen one's connection to the world around us.

@Rose A you do realize that Muslims don’t fast only for health benefits. I’m confused about your comment here. Maybe you’re a revert to Islam and you’re still learning about Ramadan. I hope your husband is a practicing Muslims, so he can teach you a lot this holy month of Ramadan. It has rules, benefits, but it’s also a time Muslims use to get close to their Creator. For example, Muslims read Quran, say a lot dikr, pray Taraweeh and so forth.

Hey Zukreat, have watched your videos for years. Glad you said you will be doing keto during ramadan. I started my husband in a ketogenic diet but wasn't sure with Ramadan coming up. We live in Texas but my husband is from Morocco and he is Muslim. I was a little worried, put him on Keto because he is borderline diabetic, and now I wasn't sure if other Muslims would be sticking to their diets while fasting. I wasn't sure if it was successful. My husband likes to eat a lot of dates while fasting and other things from his country because it keeps you fuller longer. However, in USA, he must go to work every day it's not like in his country. Let me know if you have any suggestions as to what kind of meat is a good idea for Ramadan and Keto. I am at a loss and he has been doing this diet for 4 weeks, normally I try to feed him fish and rice or fish and potatoes during ramadan, and a type of soup right before the sun comes up to give him water and some food. Anything you suggest would help me. Thanks!!

But this ramadhan its different bcuz im alone. I have cut everyone off friends and bad family members who are friends of shaytan. After ramdhan things in my life will be different will take whatever it takes to make it that way. This time i will not allow shaytan to hurt me anymore. I rather die alone begging sad or watever then to make shaytan my friend. As long as i hold my prayers i have hope to remain a muslim. With prayers and working thats all i need know in this life. Weed n other sins makes one blind from seeing reality. Im happy i have a chance to amend myself. If not then Allah knows me better then i know myself bit i will try REALLY try and im no lier thats for sure. I have smoked excessive cigs and weed. Alhamdulilah thankful never alcohol or anything else. Hence why i held on to weed for this long. But being 33 if i cant do it know given my changes then im not who i claim to be or have any right to feel confidence in myself. But im a warrior and a warrior always learns n better each day and if i sin i have my lord to turn to and make stronger efforts. Thanks my earlier message was to make ppl understsnd if i can do it.
