just saw this amazing 5 rules and a complete mindset reset on how we better prepare the morning by preparing the night before so that we are set for success with less stress, frustration and anxiety. Makes so so much sense, and will start to implement starting 2024 for success.
This talk has helped me so much. Kick started my gym routine a year ago after watching this and it's the first time I've stuck with it so long. I look great and feel great. Every now and then I come back to watch it to keep me on track. Thanks Mel
A briefing of what Mel said: 1. 3-2-1 rule: 3 hours before sleep stop drinking alcohol or other spiritus! 2 hours before stop working! 1 hour before stop screen time. 2. Make things easier for yourself the night before: make the clothes you want to wear ready! Pack the lunch and breakfast! Have things ready the night before! 3. Clean up the kitchen the night before. 4. Set ONE alarm the time you need to get up. 5. Wake up one hour before you are used to 6. Set your phone out of the bedroom. 😊
You sound like me back when I was a practicing alcoholic, a highly functioning one. I have been sober for almost 32 years, and it's the best gift I ever gave myself.
Yeah as a nondrinker this video almost seemed obsolete at first - I mean, if you drink a bottle of wine every night, no wonder you'll be screwed in the mornings and during the day!
I was raised in a Catholic orphanage by nuns and I still have a regular routine. At 71 years old I make my bed as soon as I wake up. Take a 2-3 minute shower, put the clothes on that I set out the night before. The one thing I have always slept most days 4 hours and about once a week manage to get 5 or 6 hours of sleep. This has been a pattern all my life but I stopped worrying about it. If I can’t sleep longer I read or meditate or work a crossword puzzle. When I go to work I arrive 2 hours early and try to read until its time to clock in. I get report from the previous shift and set up my supplies a half hour before I punch in. This helps me to stay organized. At 71 years old I am still hyperactive but being organized helps it to be an advantage instead of getting in the way.
At 38 years old, I finally realized my morning routine set my mood for the rest of the day. I rushed to get things done, late everywhere, screaming at my kids. I have started to wake up 20 minutes earlier and things have gotten so much better. Thank you Mel for talking about this
Same here. I am 35. And just realized how not having a morning routine caused me extra stress throughout the day, plus yelling at kids that we are late to school, even though it was my own fault…🤦♀️
I've changed my entire life by following your advice. I only wish i found this was when my kids were little. I wasted their entire childhood screaming at them in the morning. Everything you say is true. No one has access to me unless I allow it and because my time is precious, it better be important. My sleep is a priority, my mental health is a priority, and my overall health is too. I hope everyone gets intentional about their life, after a week it's not that hard AND I actually get mad when something interferes with me putting myself to bed!
Mel Robbins, can you do a podcast on how to make new routines when living with chronic disease and chronic fatigue. Why are mornings so hard? How can we be more successful in motivating ourselves despite pain?
3-2-1 Rule 3 hrs no alcohol and eating, 2 hrs stop working, 1 hr. shut down screen time going to start doing that with the teenagers I am raising. Thanks for this simple trick to wind down.
I listened to this podcast during the afternoon and again in the evening to give me the motivation to get my evening chores completed sooner than later to set my tomorrow self up for success. I was just finishing up as the podcast ended and the legal disclaimer came on. I JUST LAUGHED AND LAUGHED. Mel Robbins out here teaching us how to walk for free while the "professionals" are charging to teach us to crawl for top dollar. ❤❤❤
My alarm is my friend. I love a LONG morning. I get up so damn early because i want to br able to move slow, enjoy and still be on time. Its like having a sunday morning rvery day. I get up between 5 and 6. I used to be a person who snoozed and didnt get up until it was a crisis ❤thta life was pure stress. I need hours in the morning and I love it. Minimum is 2 hours and thats before i walk out my front door. Ideal is 3 or more hours. And thats worth getting up at 5 30.
Got quite sick with covid 18+ months ago. Couldn't drink for months and didn't want to. Still don't drink and still don't miss it. Also don't miss being groggy in the morning, crappy sleep during the night, laziness at night. Life is a lot better without wine.
Fellow night owls, let's not beat ourselves up about getting up late. I was able to arrange my work hours to be 10 - 6, so I can go to bed at 1 a.m. and sleep till 8:30. I know not everyone has this flexibility. But I get a lot done between 4 and 6 pm because everyone else has cleared out of the office. It doesn't matter which hours of the day you work, as long as they are productive ones.
Thank you for shedding some light in the darkness in areas of my life. I need to be more intentional in every area of my life. My morning routine was rock solid when my kids lived at home, thanks to the Fly Lady and my shiny sink. As a single mom, there was no room for added anxiety and stress, especially in the morning. But kids grow up and I had a vision of how my life would be, footloose and fancy-free. Dinner... when, where, and what I want- no more meal planning- bedtime... who needs sleep and I will go to bed when I want. Guess what... That has not gone so well. I am ready!! Today!! Tonight to be deliberate and intentional with my time and energy. It is late tonight, but I am not going to say I will start tomorrow. I will start right NOW! I can't change what I had for dinner but I can shine my sink, pick out my clothes, put my phone on the charger (in the living room), and set my alarm. I will get up when the alarm goes off- the first time it goes off. The better ME is taking charge!!! Mel... Thank You! You are a ROCK STAR!!!
You just described my nights/mornings to a t. I just recently lost my job because of 3 no call no shows, which was a result if me not going to bed early enough and not being able to wake up to my many "alarms" . Now I sit here watching this video knowing I should be out applying for jobs but my anxiety and tiredness is preventing me from doing so. I hope to put the advice your giving into action. I'm tired of not living my life to the fullest because of my fear and procrastination.
First time I saw you on stage in Vegas with the amazing 54321 - GO routine. I was a hooked, on your direct talking clarity, with every thing that needs action and not ovewrthinking - boom blown away. Thank you
Mel, this is a marvelous episode! I have 1 area I am not willing to do … keep my phone away from me over night. I am 78 years old, I live alone, my hearing is compromised so I cannot hear the phone & if I have an emergency I need the phone near me. I can & will turn my phone off so I won’t get awakened by anyone. My mom had a massive stroke because she was not able to get to her phone (no cell phones back then) to let the person calling her that she was in trouble. Thanks for this post!!
@@sandrainontario6710 I'm 62 but live alone. I need to keep that phone next to the bed in case I have an emergency. But I've gotten very good at ignoring it once I get into bed.
Thanks to your teaching on a good bedtime routine I now wake up without an alarm, feeling refreshed (most days) and my phone hasn’t lived in my room for weeks. Progress not perfection!
Ok. Dishes done. Laundry dried. Drinking a liter of water and watching a movie that will have me winding down by 10pm (an hour later than I will aim for tomorrow). Meditation music will lull me to sleep. Tomorrow I will do better. Thank you so much for your valuable input. 🫶
Love this. And noticed that if Chris was in bed, then he also left the dishes, didn’t pack the lunches, or find the permission slips….. so I understand why you’d be resentful for him going to bed. You both worked, but it sounds like the household stuff, kid stuff, laundry is still ultimately your responsibility (which is why I closed my business and now refuse to get another job outside of my home) 😂
Mel needs to be protected at ALL costs!! So true!!!! I literally stay up till 1am watching Netflix n it’s the same feeling of ‘I want to stay in bed’ - I actually want to FACE THE DAY and be excited about it bc it starts the NIGHT BEFORE!!
Thank you!!! The ex saying he would do the dishes after I went to bed but I would wake up to a kitchen mess every morning was one of the major causes of the end of our marriage... sad but true
My biggest problem is my anxiety in the mornings and throughout the day, it make it so hard for me to go to/stay at work, I've been doing so much research on myself through you and I have to say I've learned so much and I always have you playing in my headphones to try to walk myself through my day, I'm hoping these tools help me get through all of these feelings
@@meesamagill1193 thank you! It gives me a glimmer of hope knowing I'm not alone, I've learned that the trauma in my life has caused this as I found myself wondering why all the sudden I hated working or going to work I couldn't figure out why as It just sort of happened out of nowhere
@Lady De La Haye I'm currently listening to her audio book, my biggest problem is I'm a locater for work, (spray paint utilities on the ground,) and it takes me so long to get the courage to walk up to someone's house and hook up to a utility, the anxiety takes over and I just shut down, I'm tired of losing out on good jobs and friendships because of my brain being all nope you're not doing that today
I am dealing with the same exact issues. every morning I wake up anxious. I started doing. breathing exercises and even reading my Bible. Mel Robbins is a blessing. I believe God led me to her. I just need to implement it and make it a habit.
Good morning Mel, and thank you for being there for us, especially for helping us get through rough and for the wonderful positive support, to achieve new goals in life ❤
I also think that you can help yourself by changing the narrative. I tell myself and others that I am a morning person and I then act accordingly. I do the same with saying I am disciplined. I speak it into existence
Ever since I discovered the 5 second rule a few years ago my life has changed 🥰 AND I still learn something from you every-time I listen, eternally grateful to you and your team Thank you for caring and sharing❤
@@pizmotality8136 it's how long something is still good after it falls on the floor. Just kidding! The 5 Second Rule is simple. If you have an instinct to act on a goal, you must physically move within 5 seconds or your brain will kill it. The moment you feel an instinct or a desire to act on a goal or a commitment, use the Rule.
In the last 2 weeks, I managed to only show up to work 50% of the time. Never, ever was I the type to do that to my colleagues or myself but something has been weighing heavily on me lately and I think something within me just broke. No huge event or trauma.. maybe delayed trauma. I don’t want to keep my spirit here, so I’m researching all the ways to begin my days in the best way so it’s my favorite part of the day.
I have been self sabotaging for many years. Once I’ve heard in Ayurveda that “Our day starts the night before”. There is no doubt our decisions totally influence how our days will go the next morning. Thank you Mel 🙏🏻💗
You’re my inspiration Mel. Truly. I always felt as though I had no right to become someone great in neuroscience, despite completing my masters and venturing into my PhD soon, simply because I fall into the same problems of procrastination and being diagnosed 3 times with ADHD. The way you openly talk about the old you and with confidence say you’re a world leading expert in behaviour just gives me this rush of passion for what the future holds for those who strive and work for it. Thank you so much for being the person you are
Mel, i can‘t even tell you how much i admire you. Thank you so much for doing the Mel Robbins Podcast. It helps me so much. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
The dishes...this is what I have been TRYING to help my husband understand...why i DON'T want to go to bed until the kitchen is tidied up. Flush the toilet...love it.
I came across one of your podcast about 3 weeks ago, and ever since then I’ve been listening to you every morning while getting ready for work. I actually look forward to getting out of bed, making my coffee, and tuning into Mel. Thank you!!!
I’m new here. I’m so glad I found your podcast! I’ve had depression, my whole life and it’s really extra bad right now. You are helping me see things and do things differently. Thank you also for the let them podcast. It’s very freeing to be that way. I’ve learned more from your three podcasts than I’ve learned from all my therapists my whole life put together. Thank you for telling us you love us. I know that sounds crazy but I don’t hear that very often.
The old Mel Robbins is me!!!! 67 widowed newly retired had a list of all the things I am going to do each day! Doing nothing. Today I’ll just take a break. I have all day tomorrow and I’ll do it then. I’ll try to get up earlier and start my day first thing Tomorrow is a better brand new day!!! But the days are all the same. Doing nothing! Wasting time. Not enjoying anything and disgusted with myself! Cluttered paralysis! Cluttered home cluttered mind anxiety at all time high! Can’t have anyone over house is chaotic mess. Scared someone will come to the door! Crazy way to exist EVERYDAY! Yes it’s my choice!!! Love me enough to make better choices. I have the ability to change it! My decision my choice! Use the days I have left enjoying my life and doing things I love!
At 70 I have my night routine that suits me. Took years of frantic mornings of getting the kids around, hubby off to work. Getting the day before chores done and by 11 am was wiped out most of the rest of the day until time to fix supper. Now my nightly routine: search the house for any wayward dishes, immediately after a meal I do the wash up. Sweep the floors and put away items not in the proper place. Since we get up at 5 am, I no longer lay awake going over all the things I didn’t do. Also bed by 9. Now it is coffee and chatting with my husband and by 7 am we both are off to work. Well, I am Death Cleaning...so less work at night.
I do alot of what she said and now I started giving myself only 40 min to be on pintrest..I used to sit and scroll on my phone and waste 3hrs draining up my energy which I need in the morning...so limit phone usage even during the day... love u Mel u r an amazing lady...
That was FREAKIN' AMAZING!!! I'll probably send you a direct message via email, but as I was listening to this tonight, I was frantically washing up the dishes and wiping the cutting board and stove top clean. Since I haven't been able to catch up on the dishes, etc. for weeks, I still have a long way to go and probably cannot finish tonight before bed...but I made a huge dent...and the stove top on my island is now super clean! I have about 50 other tasks I could do before bed to tidy up, but it is impossible. I think I will listen to this podcast every night!! This was such an excellent message and what I need to hear. Thanks, Mel!
I figured this out last year when cleaning up the mess in the kitchen before going to bed was for one simple reason: I wanted to see my kitchen immaculate the next morning. I'd fluff the pillows of the coach, do the dishes, and make everything pleasing to the eye. And a year later I came across this podcast. Didn't even finish it since It was bedtime half way through and time to wind down 😂 I was amazed how much this talk resonated with my own beliefs. And they have just been reinforced even further ❤❤❤
💕💕💕Thank you so much for reminding me how good my routine was during my young years, now being 71 feeling like crap in the morning, I’m going to improve myself following your advice today, also reminding me how nice my parents were in their teaching what you have shared
Dear Mel and the team, yesterday evening,I did clean the kitchen,I did prepare the things and I DID LEAVE MY MOBILE ON THE KITCHEN TABLE( even I have set my alarm clock on). This morning it was a BLESS to wake up to a tidy space, thank you for all your advices and keep up the wonderful work.Kisses Kt
I love it that she gets worked up at the end... I think that shows true intelligence and empathy. Thank You Mel for the wake up call and caring for all of us, who are still in the process of getting there (aka learning to love ourselves) ❤
I have attempted to meditate many times in my life and prior to this CD the only success I've experienced is with live guided meditation. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq This is the first CD I've used that cuts through my unmedicated ADHD and enables me to truly relax and experience a quiet and energizing interval. The instructors voice is very soothing and pleasant to listen to. I am easily able to sit successfully through the entire CD, and for quite some time after. I cannot adequately express how tremendously helpful this CD has been on my spiritual journey!! Two thumbs up and 10 stars!
Thank you Mel. I am 27 years old living in London. I work for the nhs and feel like my life is on a downward spiral. I will utilise the advice given by you. Today is day 1. I put my phone away last night and I woke up feeling refreshed. I beat the alarm and now sat with a coffee rewatching this. I guess that’s a win. So thank you. Wishing you good health xx
I can so relate to the old Mel night and morning routine from the mindless scrolling, tv watching and snoozing about 4 alarms before I scramble to get out of bed. Hoping to improve now. Wish me luck 🤪🫣
As my kids head back to school, I’m planning to implement these strategies. The mad morning dash is no longer working for us. I always think I have more time than I need. Thank you, Mel.
This is my first video and exposure to Mel Robbins, and I've subscribed! :) I love how real and vulnerable you are in your sharing and how you speak with an assuring, confident and encouraging manner. Thank you for sharing!
I just came across you today and am now a fan!! Best information, I listened 2 times to this! I got dinner made, cleaned up, exercized, and set my self up for success for tomorrow [morning!!] Thank You!! I'm listening again tonight. In bed. Guilty!! 3 kids and a bit of guilty free time. 😊 but I'm ready!! Thank You so much!! I've been following decluttering programs but this really got me motivated in another way!! ❤️
I agree about not keeping the phone in your bedroom. Incorporated this awhile back and my phone is on DO NOT DISTURB until 8am the next morning, Your mental health is more important. I am more productive in the morning,.
My mate is recovering from neurological events and heart troubles. He is starting to sleep in! So getting up earlier than he I can get my semblance going and that makes it better. Thank you and we are better! Sleep helps!
Except for the wine, Mel just mashed me up in the first few minutes lol. Omg this resource is so timely. Thanks a mil, my life is going to change, discipline is truly success. We love you to thanks again.
Ok Mel, so you’ve really messed up my comfortable mornings….ever since starting to watch your motivating videos, my mornings aren’t the same. For some time now, I wake up at 4 am ( consider it “my time” without 7yr -old son. In this time I set my goal/todo list, I used to do yoga in morning, now postpone to afternoon/evening ( more like when I feel like, as long as I do for the day. And I watch Law and Order SVU. Now after you have entered my life, I know deep down that im actually wasting my morning time, and it now makes me want to be more productive in “my time.” Now it’s just going through the uncomfortable to change my “comfortable “ mornings!
Mel is Goddess she is not shallow and hypocrite I salute her for her courage and bravery to express her truth without manipulating I really love her that will really seed spirituality in her and can be enlightened because of her intensity of flame of truth innocence and purity ❤❤❤❤ love you. You can be my guru in my external life ❤🎉
I feel your love and passion in doing what you do.. helping us "stuggling moms" how to be stronger, more. Focused, how to keep it together in the midst of raising children and juggling work kids/husband handling, home chores and more! God bless you Mel & Family! ❤❤❤
At the end of the kids summer holidays I have pretty much let all routines go which has been fun for a few weeks but TH-cam has really gotten to know me since this morning was exactly the right time for me to see this podcast and get back into our routines ❤ thank you
I am 43 yo. I have 4 children 22, 17 and 4 and 5. My older boys I had no issues at all to do exactly what you’ve suggested and I did. Life was so easy. Now my 4 and 5 year old both have autism and I have literally no support, no respite care and my youngest has sleep problems. Once a month she doesn’t sleep for almost an entire week. Until someone can convince the Canadian government that moms of children with special needs, need respite support I don’t think I will ever be able to achieve this dream of a normal morning routine again.
@@AttnBusyMoms I would if I lived in my home town but I moved to a new city with my husband just before we got pregnant. We have no friends or family. No time to even make friends lol. But I cope and adjust.
Thankfully, i never did get into tv watching or social media -> had far too many things to do after working 2 jobs. Plus, i recognized early on that social media was a time waster & after about 2 or 3 times of wasting 3 or 4 hrs, i recognized & realized that i didn't like the neg emotions of feeling 'less than'.

I am still listening to podcast and laughing at old myself. Yes ,you absolutely right about it’s not just you, who knows how many people live their life like you described “ old Mel used to be”. I used to be like that too. I begin to work on myself a year ago - baby steps - doing better and better along the way. I am grateful for your podcasts and different guest you invited to your shows . We all need to hear what you share with us. Thank you ❤
I am a "retired" extremely creative person of sight, sound, and every other sense. (music, fashion, olfactory, and much more) I am responsible for my creative output. This is my work, even as much or more important than when I was working a regular type job. I've been feeling so guilty and neglectful of not finishing, or even starting the simplest of projects. You are helping me to get on with it in a simple (not easy, but) doable way. It's the deliberacy for me. I have a tendency to believe what others think or what I feel they may think about the importance of what I'm doing. That's none of my business. These things make me feel happy, so that's what I intend to do with my God-given life!❤ Thank you once again, Mel Robbins for being the bomb 💣 🎆🎇!!!
Now you have no excuse to having a productive morning 😉 If you enjoyed this video, be sure to give it a like and subscribe!

I'm tired of not living my life to the fullest because of my fear and procrastination.
U really helped me today, SO TY SO MUCH 💓💗💖
You’ve got this! Stay strong! Go get ‘em! You are not alone! We are all here to help one another!🙏🏽
First time I saw you on stage in Vegas with the amazing 54321 - GO routine.
Same here at 74 years old
@@sandrainontario6710 I'm 62 but live alone. I need to keep that phone next to the bed in case I have an emergency. But I've gotten very good at ignoring it once I get into bed.
My phone goes in automatic nightmode over night. All calls etc silenced
Yes I just restarted my evening routine yesterday. And it stars with going to bed by 10pm to get up on time and be ready for the day.
Hi, how is it going? Were you able to stick to the routine?
MY LIFE CHANGED BECAUSE OF YOU!!!! THANK YOU MEL!!!
Hope things turn around for you
@@meesamagill1193 thank you! It gives me a glimmer of hope knowing I'm not alone, I've learned that the trauma in my life has caused this as I found myself wondering why all the sudden I hated working or going to work I couldn't figure out why as It just sort of happened out of nowhere
I listen to Mel on a daily and have coffee ☕ and a 50mg edible for breakfast. Woooosahhhh 🕊Godspeed
It’s called manifesting
Ever since I discovered the 5 second rule a few years ago my life has changed 🥰 AND I still learn something from you every-time I listen, eternally grateful to you and your team Thank you for caring and sharing❤
What is the 5 second rule?
@@pizmotality8136 it's how long something is still good after it falls on the floor.
Just kidding!
The 5 Second Rule is simple. If you have an instinct to act on a goal, you must physically move within 5 seconds or your brain will kill it. The moment you feel an instinct or a desire to act on a goal or a commitment, use the Rule.
😢😢😢
The old Mel Robbins moved into my Apartment 2 years ago 🤦🏻♀️😂
Definitely the talk I needed to hear! Working on finding the new me!
This would probably be a great start :)
I have been self sabotaging for many years. Once I’ve heard in Ayurveda that “Our day starts the night before”.
There is no doubt our decisions totally influence how our days will go the next morning.
Thank you Mel 🙏🏻💗
Holy moly she could've been telling my daily routine... what a reality check.
Perfect timing! My biggest struggle right now. Thank you!
You are not alone, start tonight you have all the tools to take your evenings back! 🔥
Omg her old Mel Robins story is hilarious 😅.I can relate to a lot she said and I’m like this is Gold ❤❤😂😂😂!
Girl when you described your old self, I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. You are a God's send. Thank you thank you thank you thank you
I love her, and I love this potcast 👏🏻.
Wonderful words 👏🏻
Thank you for your podcast I am a recovering opiate and meth addict and you have helped me so much. God bless you
This podcast really spoke to me today. This is a game changer for me! Thank you Mel.
Didn't even finish it since It was bedtime half way through and time to wind down 😂
I was amazed how much this talk resonated with my own beliefs.
This was amazing! Old Mel: she is me and I am her ...But ready to be a better me. Thank you!
I love it that she gets worked up at the end... I think that shows true intelligence and empathy. Thank You Mel for the wake up call and caring for all of us, who are still in the process of getting there (aka learning to love ourselves) ❤
Thank you for eternity Mel, giving me shivers. Can’t wait to start 2024 with your wisdom!
2:22 it's your life!!! Thank you Mel!!!
Just the first 10-20 minutes was exactly what I needed to re-hear!
This. Changed. The. GAME! Tried it just ONE NIGHT and it completely transformed my productivity the next day! Keeping it up!!!!!
I just love love love your honesty, how “real” you seem, and you make me laugh with the way you word things. I just love it!!!!
This is exactly what I’ve been struggling with & needing help with all my life. Thank you, Mel. Love you
I just came across you today and am now a fan!! ❤️
OMG..... This is ME! Thank you so much for your honest and relatable advice Mel!!!
This is true! And the struggle is real. Especially when you’re in bed already but sleep just wont come.
I actually found myself laughing out loud because you sounded like you were describing me exactly. Thank you so much for making this podcast!
Omg me too. I feel like she has a camera in my home. ALL the things were spot on.
Thank you! I was about to get distracted and you popping up helped get me right back on track!
Now after you have entered my life, I know deep down that im actually wasting my morning time, and it now makes me want to be more productive in “my time.”
Now it’s just going through the uncomfortable to change my “comfortable “ mornings!
Thanks so much Mel. Good morning from Brisbane Queensland Australia 🇦🇺 😀 ❤
This content is SO relatable. Thank you for the timely share, Mel :)
Mel is Goddess she is not shallow and hypocrite I salute her for her courage and bravery to express her truth without manipulating I really love her that will really seed spirituality in her and can be enlightened because of her intensity of flame of truth innocence and purity ❤❤❤❤ love you. You can be my guru in my external life ❤🎉
I love Mel Robbins. Period. 😊
Nailed it with the phrase “revenge procrastination”!
I love your common sense there are no Graduate degrees for that! You are right on !Love your podcast and you!
You have no idea how much I needed this podcast! Thank you
OMG you literaaly described my life. Thank you for helping me have the tools to change this
My dearest Mel, thank you so much for this podcast. I really needed to hear this today.!!!!
My heart goes out to you. I hope the helps you need comes in unexpected ways.
That is a tough one. 🌷I would love to see an answer or a podcast on this as a single separated mum of Special needs person who is 21 years of age. 🙏
Maybe you can get friends to help? At least so YOU can get some sleep?
@@AttnBusyMoms I would if I lived in my home town but I moved to a new city with my husband just before we got pregnant. We have no friends or family. No time to even make friends lol. But I cope and adjust.
@@amandamartin1781 Are there any organizations anywhere near where you live for families with special needs?
Thankfully, i never did get into tv watching or social media -> had far too many things to do after working 2 jobs. Plus, i recognized early on that social media was a time waster & after about 2 or 3 times of wasting 3 or 4 hrs, i recognized & realized that i didn't like the neg emotions of feeling 'less than'.
Mel is a pure legend. Thank you!
I love all of it, I use my phone and a meditation mask to fall asleep. But I do turn my notification sound off.
Gosh Mel , you’re so right ! And that’s the reason I’m listening to experts like you. Thank you for being honest and authentic with us.
Every word that came out of your mouth it is on point.
Thank you ❤
You're the best Mel! I am on a journey "Staging Your Comeback after 45" and this is going to be an important piece of my new me!
I'm constantly learning new strategies from you Mel! TY!
You're incredible Mel. May you live long 😊
I am a "retired" extremely creative person of sight, sound, and every other sense.
Thank you! I am ready for less stress in my day!
