- Follow me on my weight loss journey and see what I eat in a day on a vegan low fat high carb plant based diet. I follow Dr. McDougall's Starch Solution and Maximum weight loss plans including 50/50 plate whenever I can.
In this week's video, I show you a quick and very easy Chickpea and mushrooms curry with rice and curried potato and vegetable cakes. These meals are low fat but will keep you full and satisfied as they are full of fibre and goodness.
These meals are delicious, easy to prepare and suitable for the maximum weight loss plan. No need to eat boring plain food to lose weight. You can eat delicious hearty meals and still achieve success in your weight loss journey.
