Thank you for watching. Going only by Taste, I prefer Joel Robuchon. Bold and lasting flavors and tastes at Joel Robuchon whereas Addison has a lot of depth but doesn't last as long. Another note, I went to Vespertine and it is my top choice for the LA area. Video coming soon!
@@victorkaine4919 Thank you for the response. I understand what you are getting at--I do tend to like big bold flavors. I will be in Vegas doing E so maybe Robuchon is worth doing... Maybe splitting hairs at this level of dining, but it seems like a question of 525 for Robuchon vs 375 for Addison (and throw in Vespertine at 395). I'll stand by for your vid on Vespertine. I just visited Kato (9/10 for me) and Providence (7.5/10).
Assuming you're in the LA area, I would go for Melisse or Vespertine (They're neck-and-neck in terms of flavors but Vespertine wins by a smidge). Please note that Vespertine has about 4 add-ons/substitutions which will add-up. Robuchon and Addison are definitely for very special occasions. If you will be in Vegas but don't want to go for Robuchon, I'd recommend the Atelier Robuchon restaurant next door. I was also able to do Kato, and I agree with you, 9/10. They're really striving for a second star.
@victorkaine, thank you for another good video! They are admittedly different, but would you prioritize Addison or Joel Robuchon in Vegas?

What was the price for the meal not including tip ?
never seen someone more terrified to order wine lol. Also, a simple windscreen on your microphone could do wonders for reducing background noise
Very interesting video thank you. The young lady doesn’t look too happy but maybe she was just a bit overwhelmed?
What a waste of time 😢
Too much talking and too little food for 400$ per person.. and I believe your dinner might have been more since you got the wine as well
