At Addison, there seems to be a predominant focus and flexing on the fact about being a 3 star Michelin restaurant. But who would not love to enjoy the experience? Was there this spring. Truly incredible experience. The red snapper fish was amazing, and of course wagyu was another favorite, but really each course was delicious. We had the same server and somm too! They were really amazing and helped us have a night we won’t forget.

What a gorgeous experience, a beautiful venue. The head chef sucks up a bit too much to the ranking systems for my liking (photos of the top 50 list in the kitchen? Come on) but it looks a very special visit.

I haven't been to a three-star restaurant in 35 years after returning home from Europe with a $10k credit card bill, which was a lot for back then. Even worse, most of our meals were paid for by my in-laws. The advent of children essentially killed our fine dining sprees, but with the kids out of college, I'm being sucked in by videos such as this. It's like the schtick in the Sopranos where the Van Zandt character says, I tried to get out, but they sucked me back in. So I just subscribed to this channel to flirt with temptation. 😊

I live in the SF Bay Area so I am surrounded by some of the most incredible food in the world but on a cook’s salary with a cook’s hours it’s difficult to find ways to indulge that passion. An experience like what you’re offering would mean the world to me, as well as my partner who is almost as excited about food as me and also works in that world as a cheesemonger.

What a gorgeous experience, a beautiful venue. The head chef sucks up a bit too much to the ranking systems for my liking (photos of the top 50 list in the kitchen? Come on) but it looks a very special visit.

I haven't been to a three-star restaurant in 35 years after returning home from Europe with a $10k credit card bill, which was a lot for back then. Even worse, most of our meals were paid for by my in-laws. The advent of children essentially killed our fine dining sprees, but with the kids out of college, I'm being sucked in by videos such as this.
It's like the schtick in the Sopranos where the Van Zandt character says, I tried to get out, but they sucked me back in.
So I just subscribed to this channel to flirt with temptation. 😊

Thanks!! Of course, we totally understand and we don't always do the wine pairings! In this case, we opted to just share a bottle, but if ever we do wine pairings we will always be sure to share them :)
