I love DIY projects. Unfortunately I get overwhelmed and most of mine don't get finished. Thanks for being REAL! I have 5 furry dogs that shed a lot of hair and I can't spend every day cleaning up hair if I have several other things to accomplish!
In small country towns you need not to worry about such thing(in most cases). With such massive sq footage the overall reno cost soars, $$$$ & time are the two biggest setbacks.

I'd hold onto some of those drywall cut-offs if I were you. That way if you have to change something or fix something you won't have to buy more just to do so (edited some wording)
Off topic..Groomer🙋🏽♀️..Please stop shaving your (Doublecoated)fur baby..It's not healthy for him ( Skin cancer Risk) It's stripping his protection..Also doesn't stop shedding..He will only shed smaller lengths of fur..Which is harder to see..but easier to inhale..There's multiple methods that are healthier..more efficient and cheaper.

@@ccn9033 The county doesn't have zoning or permitting requirements? Strongly suggest verifying that. Have you looked into HUD loans?
