Great work. I guess my only question would be, if you're worried about a little centering of the window, why put a square window in a curved top frame? That looks worse than being a fraction of an inch off on centering. Maybe get a two-piece window, one a bit smaller square/rectangle and a second half circle window for the top? I think that would make it a much more attractive cost than shifting a rectangle a bit left or right.

Unfortunately u r not the house owner so u liking it or not liking is irrelevant. We all have different taste let's learn to be understanding in our criticism. Personally I can't handle such a big project alone,I have so much respect for this family and this dad.
The second story windows will be replace to match the bottom two windows eventually. I already have all 4 windows but haven't had the time to replace the top two. They will all match eventually. Don't worry. Thanks for watching!
