Calling 911: What you should know

If you find yourself in an emergency situation where you need the police, the first person you’ll most likely talk to is a 911 call receiver. In this video we’re going to give you a behind the scenes look at our emergency dispatch center and share information that could help to improve communication during a call to 911.
