It's a well known fact that most people tend to pay more attention to the hottest person in the room, then whoever the smartest could be. Now that I think about it, Bulma is an exception to this rule.
I mean Gero did win in the original timeline, but that doesn't make him smarter. He dedicated most of his life studying and building these things. Gero created literal infinite energy. That's incredible. He pretty much broke the laws of physics through the Laws of Thermodynamics. I feel like this should really not be overlooked.
I love these original ideas. I wish others DBtubers would take note. I can't thank you enough for getting back on top. Keep this channel growing homie.
Gero. He was able to make androids stronger than Super Saiyans in 17 and 18, as well as Cell who's a miracle in bio-engineering. Current Bulma hasn't done much that that's close to that. Future Bulma did make a time machine, but that was years into the future, and current Bulma couldn't even comprehend it. While current Bulma did tinker with 16, she also had the blue prints to 16 that Gero made, and tinkering with something you already have the blue prints to doesn't compare to actually making it.
Different priorities and different fields. Gero seems to have been a biologist, roboticist and also someone who could design an AI that could continue his work. He was more driven, focused on a goal, wile Bulma is just living her life. But when she puts her back into it, yeah, time machine, essentially a reality breaking device. When it comes to who can fuck up more awfully with long reaching consequences, Bulma wins, but when it comes to who was really lacking common sense, Gero fits that mad scientist archetype quite nicely.
GT non canon blah blah blah LOL my question is how the Hell...while in Hell lol did Gero manage to build another 17? Even with Myu's help did he get a secret lab in the basement of Hell or something haha was he given supplies/resources from the ogres for being on good behavior or something???
Dude who you telling?!?!! it is just ignorance when I even MENTION GT and a person automatically goes it's no canon! So are Cooler and Janemba but those are some of my favorite characters that I feel would've been interested in the main series! How do I think they mixed? Didn't Gero explain that 17 was originally supposed to be even more powerful than Cell? That his true power lay dormant and when the two 17s fused they filled in the incomplete portions of the other 17 with the portions that their bodies are comprised of. Basically the Android fuses with a Machine Mutant both similar in concept but not exactly alike. However, when merged the parts of Android with the letters A-M would fuse with Android with the letters N-Z to complete the alphabet to make Super 17. Odd example to use the alphabet like that but that was the best way I could think of to compare how one android has some parts and the other with the other parts, neither are complete alone BUT put together and the puzzle is complete. LOL like I said in my original post, I can buy the two androids fusing together, but the real question is how the hell they built a new 17 in hell! Gero said he had a plan and had been waiting for Myu to make it to this side of the afterlife (how Gero even knew about a mad scientist on the other side of the galaxy is beyond me...maybe that giant crystal ball from DBZ filler in the Kid Buu Saga showed it to him?) that he could finish 17 with his brilliance and resources. Dude, we should do a video together I really love all things Dragon Ball!
I would have to say on a base level, Gero actually edges out, but Bulma's Potential actually outshines Gero in the long run. Bulma's an active learner, meaning that she can work with it hands on and learn faster than through books and schoolwork. Bulma not only managed to decipher Gero's plans, but was able to work through them with ease, meaning that had Gero actually actively taught Bulma, she would have earned this all the faster, being hands on with Gero's Lab and Technology. Bulma's not one to be bogged down by a singular goal, if anything her 'singular goal' is to learn more and more and develop new things. She was even able to actively learn from herself in Super to repair the time machine in a matter of hours, rather than days and weeks Future Bulma had to do so from scratch. Now, that's easy to say that you can learn someone's work faster if you already have something laid out before you, but Bulma takes it to a level beyond normal active learners. Bulma is amazing, and can do amazing things!!
To be fair, this was because Bulma was more focused with her personal life and helping her friends deal with certain catastrophes than having an all-consuming drive to create powerful androids.
For Dr. Gero to make Android's power levels multiple times higher than Frieza with *ONLY* Saiyan Saga power levels recorded by his Earth bots, that is an impressive feat on his part.
@@QaamansLand Now that I think about it.... Dr. Gero ultimately saved the universe, he made Lapiz and Lazuli into androids *(cyborgs)* Sure Bulma did more good.... But 17 is the MVP for the T.O.P. Closing statement.... If 17 is an MVP for universe 7, Dr. Gero deserves all that credit for making him that powerful (potentially with infinite Ki and never losing power when not training) lol
I honestly believe Gero could create a Time Machine if he wanted to. He just probably thought it was too risky and was smart enough to opt out of it. Also think about Resources. Gero made these guys in a cave lab...Bulma had millions.
Bulma is very smart in her own right but she actually leans on her father for help alot of times. That fact alone makes Gero smarter by a mile. He didn't need help for ANY of his inventions. He did it all on his own while hiding in a cave without HALF the resources Bulma has acces to.
But the time machine feat is from an alternate timeline that may or may not even count in the scheme of the main storyline. If we look at the Bulma from the main story, she had no clue how the time machine worked. In the main storyline line however, Gero created 5 androids (if you include #20 and converting himself into an android), plus Cell. Bulma couldn't even keep up. You have to give it to Gero.
@@mistasofly Future Bulma from the alternate timeline is still Bulma. She just took a different path in life cause of variations in her reality Also the argument that Bulma leans on her father doesn't hold much water, cause it's never shown how much she leans on him and what inventions of hers were aided by her father. For all the audience knows, Bulbs was indeed the one who invented everything she did in Dragon ball
@@MybeautifulandamazingPrincess She had to have help from dr. Briefs when she was prepping the namekian space ship. She needed his help to make the shut down controller for 17 that Krillin smashed. She also needed his help to repair 16. I'll give her the feats that she DID do, like creating the dragon radar. No one is saying she's not smart in her own right, but she's not even close to dr. gero's level. Hell she's not even on her father's level. Dr. Briefs built Capsule Corporation and taught Bulma everything she knows.
I think the energy absorbtion models may have had a limitless cieling. Absorbing energy could have also been more of a tactical advantage, because you are nullifying one way you can be attacked.
I was thinking that maybe android 19 and 20 could be as strong as the amount of energy that they absorbed. Android 16, 17, and 18 were made to be strong, but 17, and 18 could only get stronger through training. Android 16 probably couldn't get any stronger. Android 19 and 20 could gain strength much more quickly. As far as I am aware of 19 and 20 do not have a limited capacity of energy that they can absorb. Vegeta killed 19 before he reached any kind of energy capacity limit. Super 17 did not have a capacity limit. Android 20 absorbed energy from Yamcha and Piccolo, but he did not hit a limit.
Dr gero made a creation strong enough to take down a super sayain goku and vegeta and had to push them to their limt to put them on par with them and even enough to beat friezza I think Dr gero took the dub Edit: nvm I watched the whole video which change my mind completely
To answer Quaman's question, I don't think it automatically makes it better. But it goes to show how much Bulma can do very quickly just to help people. Gero spent his WHOLE life working on machines and weapons, which Bulma easily dissected and understood. Also she made a fucking time machine just to fix the situation, which wasn't a lifelong aspiration. If she was evil and devoted her life to making machines I'm pretty sure even the Omni King would be in trouble. Edit: Screw Baby Vegeta and Goku Black. Let's see "Mad Bulma"
*Gero* Some of Bulma's best feats include creating the the dragon radar and the time machine. But besides that nothing really matters too much. BTW I would consider them all star Busters. Because first form Frieza was able to do it easily (in the manga) and every single Android character is much stronger than Frieza.
I like to think that they are equal but on different fields, Gero makes machines for war where as Bulma (and Capsule Corp as a whole) make things (for the most part) that benefit people as a whole. And a time machine
Cell is more impressive than a time machine I'm sorry. If you gave Dr. Gero a couple years to make a time machine, I'm confident he could do it. But Ask Bulma to create (or make a computer that's able to create) a being like Cell? I doubt it..
This makes me think. What if Dr Gero survived? If he could make 16 do strong without data about the super saiyan, imagine what he could do if he laid low and gathered information on the new forms
A lot of people are going on about how Dr. Gero created powerful androids but how do we know Bulma would not be capable of doing the same if she felt like it? I mean, she clearly understood his code and was able to essentially create the deactivation device for both android 17 and 18. Plus she was able to fix up android 16 with ease. So I'm sure that if Bulma felt like it she probably could create similar androids but she simply did not have a reason to do so like Dr. Gero since she wasn't trying to take over the world. If she was able to develop time travel, create a shrinking device in DB, and make a jet out of old tv parts, she could definitely create some advanced AI's for androids and cyborgs lol
If she could she would've just created stronger androids than 17 and 18 in the future timeline to solve all their problems. Creating something from scratch is not the same thing as decoding a blueprint.
It's a stretch to put a lot of weight on Bulma's character for the Zamasu ordeal; those were consequences that a mortal couldn't have anticipated without the comprehensive knowledge of the dieties, etc. With the understanding available to him, Gero should have been able to anticipate a scenario of his own creations turning on him.
Bulma is smarter in a larger variety of subjects but Gero's work in robotics and bioengineering is unmatched. Even Bulma said so. Gero is probably just as smart as Bulma in every way he just was too single minded in his pursuits.
Actually we don't know what Gero's ambitions were beyond killing Goku. It was never specified what he wanted in the end. And he wasn't exactly pure evil seeing how he cared about his son and created 16 in his image.
@@QaamansLand I'm not saying he was a good person, I'm just saying he wasn't pure evil - unlike, for example, Frieza who never loved anything or anyone in his life. His ultimate goal is also unknown, all we know is that he wanted to kill Goku for destroying the RR army.
okay i have a better idea. the farmer with the shotgun vs pickles sounds like a better video idea. i can easily say mr farmer here could outsmart piccolo by telling him that hes a lonely traveler and hes looking a good place to eat before he dies so he begs pickles here to go to some ramen bowl shop and piccolo orders lettuce with no salt because salt burns his skin like pop rocks. farmer with a shotgun buys a spicy ramen bowl with EXTRA chopsticks and no cheap ones either........he even demands to have them to be hand delivered by beerus himself so they can be blessed by him for the extra flavor. after the both of them eat and do whatever they do in the DBZ universe, as piccolo is paying the bill for both of their foods........mr shotty had the gun pointed at piccolo's green giant like face and says that he has to die. farmer said that if he doesnt get his way with him, he'll get his way with gohan and that pisses piccolo the fuck off but thats interrupted when millions of chopsticks are sticking outta the gun hole. ok so imagine that scene in dragon ball gt where baby gohan uses his kamehameha on piccolo and does that dramatic defeat.......imagine all of that but with what im about to describe here. piccolo tells farmer with the shotgun to take his best shot and gladly takes the pointy end of the gun and shoves it down his throat while shoving his antennas up his nose. KABOOM!!!! it GOESSSSS. we get a montage of what happens overtime but the more important issues is when broly became a gentle kitty lovin soccer mom and beerus becomes a gentle friendly cat that shits everywhere and is owned by bulma and vegate the yamcha killer. gohan will spend the rest of his life to become strong, to become the next PICOCOLO. to fight the fight to end all fights, the fight that transcends all anime and manga.....a fight that will tear a rip in time. qaaman will join gohan to find the killer and put a stop to him while eating senzu beans in tribute of the jelly green giant.
no this is a serious plot line Toriyama needs to finish up before the new broly movie, the fate of really bad animations from the early episodes of super will play a deciding role on piccolo as a angry dad
Eazy Legend I think people are saying no , because Gohan had reached his full potential and had surpassed Goku at that time , they just hate Gohan man.

Suppose Android 16 disagreed with Androids 17 and 18 and they had a fight to the death. Would Android 16 be able to stop them and the save the world? Please answer.
You never mentioned Android 21. She was still created by Gero's supercomputer, which does contain a duplicate of Gero's mind, along with the machine that sapped all the Z Fighters of their ki and rendered them all unconscious. Doesn't mater if FighterZ is canon or not, these are still creations of Dr. Gero of substantial note.

Can you imagine how smart Bulma would be if she insisted that Gohan carry her with him when he went to see Guru to get his potential unlocked? Remember, it's not just strength that Guru unlocks but also abilities like Dende's healing. Not only that, we also know how much smarter future Bulma is than present Bulma. Imagine if she had gotten a jump start on some of that potential intellect early with a boost from Guru. In fact, that's an interesting what if topic. Maybe it has too many variables to nail down but I would love it if this got some thumbs up so Quinn could see it. :)
well i think that the main reason why gero failed had to do with of limiting himself to one creation (andriods) for sole purpose (killing goku) while bulma created bunch of inventions for different purpose but for the same goal whenever it's intentional or not,it doesn't help that gero had a huge ego to the point of not thinking of consequences of his failures,i mean sure bulma had her moments but at least she considers the possibilities of chances that some of her creations might fail and having back up plans.
Gero literally modified the cells of two humans and made them stronger than a Super Saiyan and created a Bio Android with limitless potential. I'll go with the old guy
Great video, pretty much everything was covered. I don't have anything to say about their pros. Their flaws on the other hand, pretty much made me support Bulma full on. It is completely impossible for Bulma to know or even predict the infinite possibilities that her time machine would cause, it could go according to plan or lead to a worse outcome. How, who, where, when and what can cause these infinite possibilities, heck it lead to the interference of real gods which Bulma didn't know existed with the exception of Kami and Dende. They were not even real gods, just aliens given the title of Guardian of the Earth. This flaw cannot be blamed on her intelligence. Dr. Gero on the other hand... well you've basically covered it and yes these flaws of his can be directly connected to his intelligence. Thus Bulma is smarter than Dr. Gero.
There's also a few more things missed about Gero's flaws. He didn't give any of his androids the ability to sense energy. He didn't make Cell with an alternate method to track 17 and 18. He never made back up plans to prepare for 17 and 18's inevitable betrayal And not only did he make himself an inferior android, but more importantly he never made backup copies of himself and didn't store his brain away in an unknown location to operate said copies from a safe distance. Overall for a "genius", Gero really couldn't plan things out for sh*t.
Doesn't this mean Kid Trunks overall has the "most" potential; with his mother's as well as his grandfather's intellect, his father's power and the massive potential he has as a half-blood saiyan... Too bad he won't be hitting puberty anytime soon... :/ (seriously why does he look younger than T.Gohan despite being older?).
I like to think Gohan is smarter than both but we havent seen breakthroughs yet outside of an online video game. Then again, philosophy is not science.
I feel like the way time works makes Bulma's inventions a failure is stupid, without the future timeline, Earth would be doomed by the Androids as the Present timeline would unfold how the Future one did. I feel like Trunk's would of lost in the end, with his anger and rage guiding it, as well as him learning nothing new without the Present timeline.
Bulma knew there was a chance that their timeline wouldn't be affected, and if it wasn't affected the future timeline would be screwed over, her true goal was to make at least one timeline, if not change their's ti have a good life, and give Trunks a chance in their timeline or not.
Thanks for the Dr Gero video. He is one of my favorite villains. I always thought about him since dragon ball and wondering what he looked like, what he was like, and whether they would ever use him. Then boom here's the cell saga. There is Dr Gero as a cyborg, blowing up stuff with his eyes along side the creepiest and coolest Android ever! Then 17 and 18 walked in lol I'm using Gero as the main bad guy in a dragon ball alternate universe. I also love bulma and she is a main NPC. It's a dragon ball gathering chase through time. :)
You also have to take into account that Bulma from the future had limited resources and was almost constantly on the Run and she's still made a time machine.
If i had to guess Dr.Gero's human flesh was too old and fragle to be converted into a cyborg on 17 and 18's level and the life support system for his brain lmited the amount of power he could add to his android body and still look like himself so his true failure was his narcissism just like Cell.
Definitely Bulma. Not because of being bias its just she can do and undo what Gero creates. I believe if she time in the future to snag blueprints of the androids she may have created more powerful ones to combat his. Thanks, man now I create a what if android on Xenoverse 😂
@@QaamansLand your right about that but what's to say Dr. Gero couldn't build a time machine if he wanted to he mostly devoted his life to create machines but what if he decided to create a time machine?
Great video, yeah I would have to say Bulma wins for how quick she can prepare a creation but I would like to add; her time machine was faulty, when trunks goes back in time wouldn't be better if it was within the same timeline? The Gods time rings were better at getting that effect without too much consequence but even then those had flaws aswell, since Zamasu didn't simply go back in time to kill a younger weaker goku but that could be up for debate since the anime never really showcased time rings abilities
+Quaaman can you ever do a Archic Sonic vs Xeno Goku video discussion, a Dragon Fist discussion, and a video on whether or not DBS Broly would be added in the Original DBS Manga.
And don’t forget what they are most notoriously known for. They make capsules with large items inside on of them. They ain’t call capsule corp for no reason
Bulma and Gero seem to excel in different scientific fields. Gero is obviously gifted in engineering, robotics and genetics. Bulma is also gifted in engineering, but seems less focused on robotics and more on tools and spacecraft. She has never shown any knowledge of genetics. She can reverse engineer Gero's mechanical work if she has a point of reference (an actual Android on the table) or his blueprints, but that in of itself is no comparison to actually inventing said tech. She also only makes repairs to a mostly intact 16 and builds an emergency remote. She never actually attempts to build Androids of her own in the future, such as rebuilding 16. Though her speed at doing these repairs is obviously impressive. Where Bulma really shines is in her understanding of and pioneering of theoretical physics. Her ability to create a time machine is her greatest achievement. She did all the research on her own, invented the tech behind it, developed the unique fuel used to power it etc. It is probably the best evidence that, when pushed to her limit, she is more brilliant than Gero. And special emphasis on the phrase "pushed to her limit". When Goku destroyed the Red Ribbon Army as a kid, Gero disappeared and spent almost 20 years obsessing over his Android project. Bulma in the main timeline is never pushed to such extreme lengthy obsession. She is obviously dedicated and hard working, but she still goes shopping, socializes with friends, throws parties, spends time with her family etc. She has a normal life. Only in Future Trunks' timeline do we see her pushed into similar lifelong obsession as Gero. But we saw the fruit of her labor when she was pushed to such extremes- the invention of a time machine. This very arguably puts anything Gero achieved to utter shame. Also I don't think Bulma would be incapable of removing the bombs from 17 and 18, it's just that it might be dangerous to do it due to the fact that they're mostly still living humans and not fully robotic like 16 is. They may also not consent to the required surgery that would be needed, at least at the point in which Krillin made the wish they were still somewhat standoffish and wary of the Z Fighters.
Had me thinking, both of them simultaneously saved and destroyed the multiverse with their creations. The time machine saved the main timeline but inevitably doomed the future timeline, cause if it wasnt for Future Trunks going back in time, 17 and 18 wouldve never turned good, but by changing history, he doomed his own timeline by saving Goku, thus creating Black
@@QaamansLand Well, I mean he DID turn Lapise and Lazuli into the androids we see in DBS. Obviously 18 was the winner of the ToP, to which he wished the universes back. So Gero indirectly saved the multiverse
Chakravartin 117 You mean android 17 was the winner of the tournament of power. Doctor gero indirectly saved universes with his creation while future bulma indirectly doomed her timeline/universe with her creation. Oh the cruel irony.
Hmm, hard to say because future Bulma built the time machine, not present Bulma, she also seemed to struggle on understanding the thing a bit, another factor is that Bulma has more resources than gero and Bulma needs some kind of special fuel that requires a lot of zeni to produce likely, it's amazing that gero even had a lab.
They mentioned it in the anime, but Android 16 wasn't originally stronger than 17-20; Dr. Gero went back later to add additional modifications to him. As these modifications were obviously experimental I think it shouldn't be counted against him that he didn't include them in his own design. Also, he IS a cyborg and not a true android so it's possible that these particular upgrades weren't fully compatible with him. It was also stated in the anime that 19 and 20 were designed to be energy absorbing models because they were supposedly easier to control. With this being the case, the only fault I would give Gero would be re-activating 17 and 18 without a better control scheme in place even though he thought he had tweaked their personalities and he was of course extremely desperate.
Bulma imo is smarter because she was able to fix 16 within 24 hours based off of Gero's own notes. Granted that could mean Gero was very neat with his notes, however she did fix 16 within 24 hours as said and made a time machine, Gero is just the best biochemist in all of Z (GT Baby's doctor was much smarter than Gero which is why he tricked him with super 17)
to add smaller achievments to bulmas regime, she also created a device that can make a wearer smaller by a push of a button and made pods which dead bodies could be preserved.
Qaaman I looked up the Trunks Final Bout theme but it sounds more like the second track that you used. What is the name of the first theme that you used?
I'd have to go with Gero on this one. Bulma's time machine ultimately resulted in the entire multiverse being destroyed, while Gero's 17 and 18 ultimately resulted in its salvation due to 17 winning the Tournament and wishing back the erased universes. So, Gero's greatest failure ended up being his greatest success. While Gero did make plenty of androids, the one thing that was overlooked here that was truly a success that not even universe 3 could match was 17's and 18's literal infinite energy. This is what helps 17 survive to the end of the Tournament. As for Bulma, the other invention which has to be a true success (unless it was her father who invented it) is the capsules. A whole industry was based around them and it's how they became as rich as they are. Press a button and a huge thing like a car or even a building becomes no bigger than a car key. Press the capsule button and it expands to normal size again (just don't try expanding a building inside a car, or a time machine while you're inside a tiny plane). Otherwise, most of her feats mentioned in the video is making use of technology that was already invented by someone else.
Baby Vegeta to Goku: My wife is not a fighter, but she's a brilliant scientist! Who else but her would have thought of creating an energy source that perfectly simulated full moon light!? Goku: I feel like I've heard this somewhere before...
I think gero is kinda tricky because Yes, he technically won but he failed to put safety measures to himself meanwhile Bulma built ships using only Goku pod as a model and even put gravity increase and don't forget that Bulma in a chaotic future managed to not only survive but built a time machine with a lack of resources

I AGREE 100%! Canon debates are just dumb. But how do you think they made hell fighter 17 mix with normal 17?
In filler and gt you can pretty much do whatever you want in hell so all they needed to do was get the materials together and make a lab
How does cell go to hell if he's an android built bu dr gero
Hmmhmm....
Gero created Android 17 and he won the Tournament of Power
What about 18?
@@QaamansLand She also did very well in TOP
who's 18?
*jokes*
Actually 18 was just as crucial - she sacrificed herself for 17, without her he'd get eliminated.
@Merciless Freak
No. Goku and Frieza defeated Jiren but 17 was the last one standing and he was the winner.
We all know goku is the smartest

Bulma is bea and all but ill gero cuz he was able to makes androids who are powerful enough to give goku a hard time
To be fair, this was because Bulma was more focused with her personal life and helping her friends deal with certain catastrophes than having an all-consuming drive to create powerful androids.
@Sonicthehedgehoggamer u growed up so fast :') I'm proud of you son
You made the right choice
For Dr. Gero to make Android's power levels multiple times higher than Frieza with *ONLY* Saiyan Saga power levels recorded by his Earth bots, that is an impressive feat on his part.
And remember that was WITHOUT spying on the battles of namek.
Yeah and bulma decided those Android's, found a way to destroy them with a button, and actually fixed one and took out a bomb.
@@QaamansLand Now that I think about it.... Dr. Gero ultimately saved the universe, he made Lapiz and Lazuli into androids *(cyborgs)*
Sure Bulma did more good.... But 17 is the MVP for the T.O.P. Closing statement.... If 17 is an MVP for universe 7, Dr. Gero deserves all that credit for making him that powerful (potentially with infinite Ki and never losing power when not training) lol
@@kingemfj with the help of her father y'all acting like Bulma did it all on her own. Dr Gero built those things on his own with limited resources
@@kingemfj Even the most powerful computer is hackable.
Yeah but in the future Bulma was ALLLLLLLL BY HERSELF with Trunks.
Honestly bulma is smarter she has more feats
@@mistasofly Future Bulma from the alternate timeline is still Bulma. She just took a different path in life cause of variations in her reality
Also the argument that Bulma leans on her father doesn't hold much water, cause it's never shown how much she leans on him and what inventions of hers were aided by her father.
One built a time machine, one built androids that can fight super powered aliens. It's a tough call.
I think the energy absorbtion models may have had a limitless cieling. Absorbing energy could have also been more of a tactical advantage, because you are nullifying one way you can be attacked.
What do you mean by a limitless ceiling?
Dr gero made a creation strong enough to take down a super sayain goku and vegeta and had to push them to their limt to put them on par with them and even enough to beat friezza I think Dr gero took the dub
Edit: nvm I watched the whole video which change my mind completely

Bulma was smarter with creating devices to help others and Gero’s creations were made for destruction and evil
But does trying to help other mean it's better?
To answer Quaman's question, I don't think it automatically makes it better. But it goes to show how much Bulma can do very quickly just to help people. Gero spent his WHOLE life working on machines and weapons, which Bulma easily dissected and understood. Also she made a fucking time machine just to fix the situation, which wasn't a lifelong aspiration. If she was evil and devoted her life to making machines I'm pretty sure even the Omni King would be in trouble.
Edit: Screw Baby Vegeta and Goku Black. Let's see "Mad Bulma"
*Gero*
Some of Bulma's best feats include creating the the dragon radar and the time machine.
But besides that nothing really matters too much.
BTW I would consider them all star Busters.
Because first form Frieza was able to do it easily (in the manga) and every single Android character is much stronger than Frieza.
Hmm, so where is your stance on this video?
I like to think that they are equal but on different fields, Gero makes machines for war where as Bulma (and Capsule Corp as a whole) make things (for the most part) that benefit people as a whole.
And a time machine
Qaaman back again with the awesome content.
Cell is more impressive than a time machine I'm sorry. If you gave Dr. Gero a couple years to make a time machine, I'm confident he could do it. But Ask Bulma to create (or make a computer that's able to create) a being like Cell? I doubt it..

Personally, anyone who can modify alien technology *AND* build a time machine is pretty hard to beat.
This was a very well done video. it shows how much time you put into it.
I LOOOOVE BULMA and this video was EVERYTHING
It wouldve been cool to see Bulma rebuild Andriod 16 and have it fight along side the warriors of Earth...
Editing has gotten way better. Love it all.
Thanks bud!
very good comparison, thank you!
I'm gonna go with Bulma. Gero is a mastermind in bioengenering, but thats nothing compared to a time machine.
How is that NOTHING THOUGH? Don't you think that's an exaggeration?
Gero honestly won cause Bulma was forced to build a time machine cause she couldn't stop the androids any other way. That's just that.
I mean his androids are comparable to literal GODS at this point so...
The most underrated move gero did was make the androids power unreadable... Let's debate
Bulma is smarter in a larger variety of subjects but Gero's work in robotics and bioengineering is unmatched. Even Bulma said so. Gero is probably just as smart as Bulma in every way he just was too single minded in his pursuits.
Do you mean for evil ambitions?
Actually we don't know what Gero's ambitions were beyond killing Goku. It was never specified what he wanted in the end. And he wasn't exactly pure evil seeing how he cared about his son and created 16 in his image.
I don't see how loving your son makes you a good person. Evil people love certain people in their lives all the time.
@@QaamansLand
I'm not saying he was a good person, I'm just saying he wasn't pure evil - unlike, for example, Frieza who never loved anything or anyone in his life. His ultimate goal is also unknown, all we know is that he wanted to kill Goku for destroying the RR army.
I highly doubt he's as smart as Bulma in other areas
okay i have a better idea. the farmer with the shotgun vs pickles sounds like a better video idea. i can easily say mr farmer here could outsmart piccolo by telling him that hes a lonely traveler and hes looking a good place to eat before he dies so he begs pickles here to go to some ramen bowl shop and piccolo orders lettuce with no salt because salt burns his skin like pop rocks. farmer with a shotgun buys a spicy ramen bowl with EXTRA chopsticks and no cheap ones either........he even demands to have them to be hand delivered by beerus himself so they can be blessed by him for the extra flavor. after the both of them eat and do whatever they do in the DBZ universe, as piccolo is paying the bill for both of their foods........mr shotty had the gun pointed at piccolo's green giant like face and says that he has to die. farmer said that if he doesnt get his way with him, he'll get his way with gohan and that pisses piccolo the fuck off but thats interrupted when millions of chopsticks are sticking outta the gun hole. ok so imagine that scene in dragon ball gt where baby gohan uses his kamehameha on piccolo and does that dramatic defeat.......imagine all of that but with what im about to describe here. piccolo tells farmer with the shotgun to take his best shot and gladly takes the pointy end of the gun and shoves it down his throat while shoving his antennas up his nose. KABOOM!!!! it GOESSSSS. we get a montage of what happens overtime but the more important issues is when broly became a gentle kitty lovin soccer mom and beerus becomes a gentle friendly cat that shits everywhere and is owned by bulma and vegate the yamcha killer. gohan will spend the rest of his life to become strong, to become the next PICOCOLO. to fight the fight to end all fights, the fight that transcends all anime and manga.....a fight that will tear a rip in time. qaaman will join gohan to find the killer and put a stop to him while eating senzu beans in tribute of the jelly green giant.

If they both teamed up they be UNSTABLE.
Bulma built a time machine I wonder if she could have made powerful android that can be planet busters
Gero literally modified the cells of two humans and made them stronger than a Super Saiyan and created a Bio Android with limitless potential. I'll go with the old guy
So happy to see a db vid that not about broky
Why is that?
He never made back up plans to prepare for 17 and 18's inevitable betrayal
And not only did he make himself an inferior android, but more importantly he never made backup copies of himself and didn't store his brain away in an unknown location to operate said copies from a safe distance.
Overall for a "genius", Gero really couldn't plan things out for sh*t.
Great topic, am interested to hear your points.
Bulma's time machine can be blamed for the total erasure of the future multiverse but Dr Gero's 17 saved the present multiverse
5:47 This is my comment ranting that GT isn't canon. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
If i had to guess Dr.Gero's human flesh was too old and fragle to be converted into a cyborg on 17 and 18's level and the life support system for his brain lmited the amount of power he could add to his android body and still look like himself so his true failure was his narcissism just like Cell.
I never really payed attention to how smart Bulma was. I took all her achievements and inventions for granted because of her personality.
Id also say the Sayain Armor is one of her great achievements
Definitely Bulma. Not because of being bias its just she can do and undo what Gero creates. I believe if she time in the future to snag blueprints of the androids she may have created more powerful ones to combat his. Thanks, man now I create a what if android on Xenoverse 😂
probably gero. I mean, dude screwed around in a cave with scraps for years and then shat out cyborgs stronger than ssj
True but how about building a time machine in a world where most stuff is destroyed?
Nigga sound like iron man
Bulma took saiyan semen and made a SSJ time traveler who eventually surpasses all of the Doc's sex bots.
@@QaamansLand your right about that but what's to say Dr. Gero couldn't build a time machine if he wanted to he mostly devoted his life to create machines but what if he decided to create a time machine?
What about the engineers that built Mecha Frieza.............errr.....never mind.
The empire really needs better scientists...
Could one recreate the same feats the other has accomplished? Like could Gero make the time machine or Bulma with the infinite energy thing?

Wait, can you explain the Dr.Gero part more in-depth?
@@QaamansLand Well, I mean he DID turn Lapise and Lazuli into the androids we see in DBS. Obviously 18 was the winner of the ToP, to which he wished the universes back. So Gero indirectly saved the multiverse
Chakravartin 117 You mean android 17 was the winner of the tournament of power. Doctor gero indirectly saved universes with his creation while future bulma indirectly doomed her timeline/universe with her creation. Oh the cruel irony.
Dr. Gero is definitely a masterful engineer and has 18 and the insanely adaptive and highly durable 17 to show for it. In addition to Perfect Cell.
Dr gero figured out infinite energy
Bulma figured out time travel
Building a Time Machine that breaks the law of the universe is more extreme that building killing machines
Bulma did not invent the time rings. She in not responsible for that genocidal maniac.
to add smaller achievments to bulmas regime, she also created a device that can make a wearer smaller by a push of a button and made pods which dead bodies could be preserved.
Qaaman
You forgot the Micro band she used to travel with Goku in the General Blue Arc
whats the music that plays throughout the first 2mins of the video?
Trunks final bout theme song.
goat!
Qaaman I looked up the Trunks Final Bout theme but it sounds more like the second track that you used. What is the name of the first theme that you used?
yeah i also realised it was the wrong theme aswell
Honestly they're both smart but gero has the edge, you gotta think he made androids that can destroy universes and are stronger than gods.
Baby Vegeta to Goku: My wife is not a fighter, but she's a brilliant scientist! Who else but her would have thought of creating an energy source that perfectly simulated full moon light!?
Goku: I feel like I've heard this somewhere before...
I’d say Bulma because of the dragon, radar, time machine and not be murdered by her own invention.
