I'm hoping we can use bumblebee canned oysters with almost as good results ? Damn, i can't wait for Mid Spring . My back yard is littered with Oyster,Clam, mussel shells from all of last Summer. I don't throw em in the garbage. I wait till I have a bunch and dump them into the streams near my house. Its great for aquatic life .
The dipping sauce seems to be garlic, red pepper flakes, scallions or green onion and them boiling oil. After that dark soy or fish sauce and vinegar I think
use your eyes? it’s a tablespoon of garlic, chili peppers and the green parts of the scallion. they add some hot oil. then add a tablespoon of soy sauce and fish sauce
@@nmpoyhey jerk not everyone can identify ingredients by sight.......so you're being a jerk to people for wanting to learn...whether it's because they're used to bland foods like the British, or another culture like Latinos or certain parts of the states and Canada or COMPLETELY NEW to cooking like a broke college student or escaping from a controlling relationship with a parent or partner..... identifying liquids, different types of chiles, ect iby sight sn't easy for everyone
