- In this video Dan the Man from New York sent us what could possibly be the dirties set of Kawasaki Brute Force 750 carburetors we've seen. We completely tore this carb set down, explained it in great detail, cleaned every orifice, and replaced anything that needed replaced. Air fuel adjustment how many turns
What solution do you use in the ultrasonic cleaner? Also, on each carb there is a small cap with 2 scews on the side, with a diaphragm inside it. What is it and will the cleaner harm it?
Hello. Should I be able to see down through the center of the jet and jet holder? Jet and holder assemblys I cannot see through. The jet seperate from the holder I can.
This carb setup looks virtually identical to my 2008 Teryx 750 carb setup. Do you know if the Brute Force carbs are the same?
@@MidNebraskaMotorsports I am afraid the set that is on my Teryx is the only set I have. It is still in pretty good shape so I am going to change the needles and gaskets, clean it up and put it back in. If I come across another set I will let you know. Thank you for the great video.
I have a 2008 brute force 650.im trying to find the air fuel mixture screw locations
Straight up from the bottom you will find a small round cap pressed into the hole that the adjusting screw is in .
You have to drill a small hole in this cap (not too deep) and screw in a sheet metal screw then pull out the cap.
