      @@RichieTheFoodie I try to make everything in the Thermie. Yes, I make the naan dough using the TM6, then let it rest before rolling it into individual balls. I also use the Thermomix to make the ghee, mince the garlic, and then heat it with some ghee to brush onto the naan. Additionally, I make tzatziki using my TM6 yoghurt, which is a great recipe for many dishes and lunchbox snacks.
      I used to cook the naan in a saucepan, which is quick and easy, but recently, I bought an electric naan cooker. It’s a small device that flattens the dough and cooks it on both sides. After cooking, I brush the naan with the ghee and garlic mixture, wrap it in foil, and keep it warm in the oven until it’s ready to serve. Absolutely delicious and worth the effort!
      I’ve never made gozleme, but I need to give that a try. 🙋🏼‍♀️😊

    • @RichieTheFoodie
      @RichieTheFoodie  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hi there, when a sauce splits, it means the ingredients have separated/no longer combined.
