You are exactly right about those bushings. They should be done because I struggled with those for hours. There are many tools needed for this kit (not mentioned) that luckily my husband had. ex: reamer set.

are the cable system and pulley assembly came in the finishing kits package? if so, this may be an issue for builder ordering finishing kit at a later time during the fuselage and wing build.

Do you know off the top of your head what the OD of the control stick is? I've always despised those foam grips that are on so many airplanes and I was curious if you could just buy a pair of BMX grips and use them on the control stick. If it worked, there would be a lot of options in grip pattern, colors and flanged or flangeless grips.
