    Great tutorial! Nice to see these examples of different composite work, all of my engineering experience is with steel and aluminum.

    Results looking good. Neat little beacon. Pretty much doing the same right now with my tail wheel bosses transitions. Using gloves with a solvent could have saved me some time sanding, didn't knew that trick. I'm using cabosil to control viscosity of resin independently from the fillers i'm using.

    I am doing the same on mine right now! I was shocked to find this video, very surprised more folks don't use this light, or add a beacon in addition to the wingtip lights. I wish aerosport sold this as a mod on the fiberglass tip cap, sanding and filling body work is not my favorite thing to do when building lol. Did you rivet the cap on? I am thinking about using nut plates and screws for future access to inside wiring. Great video!
