Could you tell us a little about the coating you applied to the sheet metal? Is that a primer? two part finish paint ? or some other? It looks good, just curious…
Do you think you can add a 3rd child seat. Like no more that 40 pound capacity. Like a small 3rd seat made out of carbon fiber that bolts to the frame. Would it be possible.
It ‘could’ be possible. It would definitely only be useful for a small child but 40lb would not be a problem weight-wise. Consider any additional weight for the modifications as well.
clean and durable baggage floor, very nice!
Hope you are doing better brother. Take care.
Feeling much better! Not 100% yet, but getting there!

Two part epoxy primer. Brand is SpeedKote. It’s good stuff.

Great video, may I ask what tools brand you usually use?
My cordless power tools are primarily DeWalt but I have Makita also. All other tools are a distributed mix of many brands.
Any particular reason you went to M4? Only asking because I did the same thing, except tapped them 8-32 to maintain consistent hardware.
No specific reason other than I have a lot of metric hardware available from my robotics stuff. We only use metric for that.
Are you getting your aluminum angle and .025 flat sheet from Aircraft Spruce?
