Hi your print heads are EPSON 3200 I , because my plotter has this print head, and I will follow your maintenance videos for my DTF equipment....tks bro
Something sounds like its clogging up. Try soaking in cleaning solution. (maybe even try warming it up and let the head sit for 15mins) You can also try flushing the print head but we try to avoid this step until its a last resort.
I always have problem printing because lines appears on my print so please how can I get a perfect print job or what can I do to get a perfect print job.
Hey buddy! After a long waiting for the solutions finally I was able to work with. However, one of my printing head has 3 nozzles totally blocked and the onther 3 working good. I tried many many times with the extreme, in the cap and inside of the jets however, the solution doesnt go through. Its kinda totally blocked. I bought also the de-plasticizing. I know that is written to not use on the heads put I was just wondering if you have any other tips for me. It seems like Ive lost my printing head. I am really upset about it. I use to clean many times during the day but even this way the varnish got clogged. I would appreciate if you have any other tips. Like the de-plasticizing as an extreme measure to try to save it. Thank you
I wouldn't use the de-plasticizing solutions on the head. Try warming up the extreme clean and trying to waterfall through again. At this point it might be time to replace the heads.
Yeah it didnt work from me, it overflowed and the liquid infiltrated in the head connectors. You know from now what happened: a little sounde like a scrrrr, some smoke and my warranty disappeared. Now i need 2k€ for the reparations.

I'm using 4720 printheads. Its similar to the i3200 and has same maintenance that should be done.
What if I’ve done this and still don’t get clean lines?
Hello Quick question: Have you made one for the last chance solution? If not, how long do you think it should sit when doing a flush with it?
Thank you. My i3200 has clean lines when I do a nozzle check but the white ink stops printing during a few passes. what do I do to fix this?

Are you having issues with CMYK or Whites? How is your nozzle check?
Tried this and still getting the exact same nozzle checks. Any recommendations? Printer only a month old. 24 wide Dtf
maybe a new printhead
Did you get it fix or you change your print head??
How many parts do we use to dilute?
