Cleaning solutions don't blow printheads without most of it being user error. We've been using solutions for over 4yrs. Machine cannot be "on" when dealing with any liquids.

Would it be better if you did a reverse method first before doing the waterfall incase the clog is from up top and not a bottom clog?

when u clean the nozzle, will u shut down the power or still keep it on?
We wet cap and completely shut down afterwards.
