Good evening from Riyadh, KSA. I need to check if I have everything I need to unclog my Epson L1800 DTF. Syringe .41mm, DTF Premium Cleansol, Needle .2mm and drill bits .5mm.. Before I check out. Thank you and I'll wait.
Thank you for the video, it helped me unclog my dx5 manifold. I have an issue with the printhead now. I've left the printhead soaking in piezoflush but one channel doesn't allow me to suction fluid. What do you suggest I do for that channel? I used the small drill bit and syringe. Printer sat for 2 years or more. Thank you in advance, anyone.
Some Epson print heads have a rubber seal. When reassembling do you need to apply any lubricant/grease on the edges of the rubber seal in order to create a proper seal?
when I do the daily check of the nozzles and cleaning of the head, I see that some of the white lines have been replaced by black lines, also sometimes the dumpers of the white have a dark color inside, I changed a new head, a new dumper and the capping station pump is fine, for a year I had no problem
Great video Kevin. My print head leaks under the nozzle plate instead of passing through the tiny holes when I do manual flashing. How can I solve this problem?
All good information 👍 I just have little questions I am loss every time after completing around 400 miter ( 12" roll) After all talking care and maintenence. Du you have any suggestions please.
Can you show the process of removing the gold plate and replacing it. My clog was at the gold plate and could not be fix till I removed. But now I cannot find how to get a replacement plate for the l1800 and how to put it back on as it seems you need to glue it back on?
Hello, a question so to clean an epson et2721 printer head in the ultrasonic tank I can't immerse it all? Or are there gaskets that would break? What temperature can it be set at?
If the printhead cable or motherboard is burned/damaged, will the printer still function? what I mean is will it still try to print or with it simply show an error and not function at all? I can still send print jobs on my machine but very little to no ink comes out and the nozzle check prints no lines.
Kevin would A bad print head or A completely clogged print head cause completely blank copy? Can you please tell me besides A clogged print head what else would cause A blank copy? Thanks
If you do a print head clean and you can see waste ink coming through, then there is ink flowing. In that case, it could the fuse or driver chip on the mainboard. Kevin has videos on that as well.
More than likely you’ve reinstalled the Print Head incorrectly. Remove the power cord, double check that the Print Head control cable strip is pushed in correctly, both pins.
@@jjay7082 for sure. I checked numerous times. I noticed that when it would go to the spit station it would make a sound like disconnecting a usb from a computer. I checked the contacts. I know the ribbon appears to only go a certain way. Blue side down on top ribbon blue side up on bottom ribbon
@@jjay7082 I’ve seen a lot of your other videos and will diagnose the mother board. I can turn on the printer and my wims works. So power supply has to be good. Got to be a fuse near the heat sink. It no longer recognizes the usb. I hit the reset button. My board is the c655 mf

Regarding your question, we use our own brand of DTF ink, which you can find at bchtechnologies.com. When purchasing DTF ink, it's essential to be cautious about where you source it. For instance, sellers using Amazon's FBA system store their products in Amazon warehouses, where the ink may sit for long periods without proper stirring. This is especially true for some sellers shipping ink in bulk containers from overseas-months at sea and in a warehouse can lead to inconsistent quality. I've tested samples from well-known DTF ink brands and noticed significant variations in quality as well. At BCH Technologies, we take a different approach. Our DTF ink is freshly made every Monday. We use it immediately in our print shop or ship it directly to customers, ensuring maximum freshness and consistent quality. If we run out, we wait until the next Monday to restock, which is why there might occasionally be a slight delay in shipping. This commitment to quality is what sets our inks apart. Thanks again for watching and commenting! I get a lot of questions, so it can be hard to keep up. For quicker responses, you can email me directly at support@bchtechnologies.com. Thanks for subscribing to my channel. If the previous ink is regular Epson ink, there shouldn't be too much to do. You can use regular cleaning solution (or just distilled water) with Epson's self cleaning function, it should remove 90% of clogs.
Here i am after one year I am from india i wish I could send them and get repaired i have this two head and one xp600 head if possible but my courier charge may too high love from Sikkim india

I did this and now my printer won't turn on. Its an Epson L1800. Back power powers up the printer however the front button does not come on. I get an error 0e0 from the LED panel. It's a DTF printer. The first initial boot the print head moved and then it powered off. Now it wont move or power on.
