Considering how medieval armor is actually very movable, someone could actually do this and now I want to see it happen
I haven't worn my full set yet, but once I had all the leg pieces I did some tests and I could sprint up a set of stairs the same speed as normal, I bet dancing would be no issue.
From what I've seen of plate harness on TH-cam, it would make more of a rattling than a clanking noise.

Thing to ruin the gun though: sabotons (plate armor boots) were metal plates covering boots. The bottom was just a normal, albeit very thick and well protected, boot. So it wouldn't scratch up the floor or anything. Also, with exception being in later periods, gauntlets were usually leather on the inside of the palms. Though like I said, this was later sometimes armored as well.
Well, the post did say "full metal armor". I don't know most terminology regarding armor, but I'd assume it's trying to specify that it's just metal. Probably not the most realistic or the most effective, but the most comedically impactful, and really, that's what actually matters in life.

@@SolarMegaMan from what i remember full armor just means that all of your parts are protected, since you could be wearing idk, chainmail on your chest and a metal helmet, that isnt full armor, but having a metal helmet, chestplate, shoulders, arms, gloves, and all the rest, but gloves were armored on the outside, because who would even care about the inside? You are either rolling them into a fist or holding sth, why do your hands need inside protection? They dont, but they need a good grip, hence the leather only.
Also it wouldnt sound like the video when the plates smash together either since its not a giant bell, theres a person inside, it would be very muted, but i know, comedy
I mean more the exact term of "full metal armor", admittedly. I am aware that "full armor" would mean every piece of a person's body being covered in armor, but I'm not actually aware whether or not "full metal armor" is really a term anywhere at all. I can find things like "full plate armor" for an actual term, but nothing about "full *metal* armor", with the sole exception of video games and the like. Which seems to imply that for some reason, someone exclusively made a suit of armor with nothing but metal.

The soldiers are stronk, they can lift medal, I can only imagine how heavy medal armor is.
Not that heavy, and the way the weight is distributed means that you have relative freedom of movement.
Ofc its extremely tiring with no training, makes horrendous noise, and all of this applies for late medieval infantry armour when they figured out how to make durable thin steel with decent joints.
Early mediaeval plate and armour intended to be worn on horseback on the other hand
