Since this is my 1st video i have watched from you 2 and your doing a good job out there ...I just wanted to add my 2 cents for you ....I have been thru 4 campers last 20 years living full time in two of them and just for doing the bushwaking on trails and fire roads i choose a metal roof on my campers . that way the roof has a way way better chance of not ripping from tree limbs , then you get water leaks into the roof and walls . this has happened to me and destroyed my very expensive camper . (Northland Polar) ... since that camper had a soft cloth/ rubber style roof covering . My lance camper I'm in now has a metal roof and won't get torn from the tree limbs i see you driving thru .....ok hopefully you have a metal roof on your rig .....be safe have fun and happy trails !!

Thanks!! And good incite on the roof. We did damage a small corner section of the TPO roof. We resolved this by installing metal trim along the entire length of the roof. This has worked perfectly so far with lots of trees and branches. These campers do require ongoing maintenance to ensure good seals. But we've been enjoying it! Thanks for sharing

We love your enthusiastic can do- making it happen attitude. Happy that your scenic views were clear despite the fires here in the West. Public lands slobs - well some people never fail to disappoint. Keep the great content and video coming - much thanks!

I've been up there (in the rainforest, forest) and I never went for mountaintops. When you see all of them covered with trees it's almost certain views are sparse. I'm all about the valley's, lakes and creeks when I'm up there. I'm sure somebody is going to really approbate you trimming that trail! I like how Faith says "This trail was my idea". She's a great gal.

Rather true! Definitely enjoy creeks and rivers too... really enjoy everything! Sometimes the best adventures offer the greatest challenges. :)

Love the vids as always. Learn something new every time. Was wondering what is the product you are using for the tire deflation? Thanks in advance.

      These are the deflators:

      Simple solution. :)

Wonder if the Milwaukee pole saw would be a better fit since you could get the 12.0ah batteries. They're pretty pricey tho

We do have some 12AH Dewalt batteries... but typically these 5AH are more than enough. Problem was we didn't start charging until we killed 3 of them. Bla.

@@TruckCamper does dewalt have a rapid charger? Might be the answer. I use Milwaukee for work and their rapid charger is crazy fast. 🤪

@@ToddStull Yep we have the Dewalt rapid charger. But it's big and bit too much power draw... slow and steady for travel. :)
