- In this episode we return to Bristol Connecticut to retrieve our '69 Nova sleeper project from Accurate Fabrication where we had a 10 pt 8.50 cert roll cage installed. Once home we announce future plans and reveal some of the parts we have been accumulating for this project. Some of which includes a new BluePrint crate engines 427 sbc. We are committing to building the car for Hot Rod drag week september 2025. Can we build a race week contender out of my dream car?
This man just maxed out a credit card or two, good for you!
Commenting on each video to show support and to also recognize the amount of hard work you are putting in - at home, at work, and on these cars. It takes a lot of it to make all of this work and on top of that you are bringing us along for the ride. Keep it up Dan!

I would love that car the way it looks now with an L88 427 and an M22 maybe a tunnel ram with two Holley’s sticking out the hood. Ladder bars and N50’s too.
Have you seen his 1970 Nova videos?
Nice to see a shop that can work efficiently and get it done in a timely fashion...that is one of the big challenges when building anything. ...Good job, Accurate Fabrication.
Fancy roll cage probably the best roll cage in the front i have ever seen
Good job. Good Luck.
Cage looks great! Money well spent. You’ll be shocked at how much stiffer the whole car will feel and be
Right on Dan, cage looks amazing the 69 is going to be Bad Ass! BluePrint Engines is the way to go man! Looking forward to your build to prep for Drag Week!!!
Cant wait to see the drag week videos! Glad to see your videos pop up when they do!
Holy cow! This wasn't on my bingo card for the 69! 😳
Congratulations Dan, that cage & engine look awesome!

Nice job on that cage
One of my favorite projects on you tube. Looking forward to the rest of the build.
Oh heck yes !!! I wish I had one of the 3 novas I had in the 90s back .
It looks like a Hot-Rod.
Keep it away from Chip Foose?(Ha-Ha?)
Ceskoslovenska.
Awesome! It's great seeing her get some love. Maybe I'll get to see it here in Maryland.
Now the real fun it' s starting ! i expect your channel will grow up fast.
Having a 69 Nova myself, I have to say how much I’m enjoying this build! Didn’t see that sb427 coming, wow! You go Dan!👍✌️
I’m really impressed Dan… and I’m glad to see you putting together a beast with high quality parts. At least one in your fleet.
That driver side quarter dent behind the door was staring at me throughout the video. I’ve seen Killer Kustoms channel recently use heat and a basketball behind a dent similar on a Camaro build they are currently working on… just a thought and suggestion. Otherwise, that was a very big surprise… you’re going to have some fun when the weather turns. Great content as usual.
As soon as you started talking about dreaming of this car from when you were 12, I had flashbacks of Mike Musto driving that super sleeper Nova during the Big Muscle days!! I was probably around 12-13. It seriously impacted my taste of cars.
That was the most memorable episode of Big Muscle for me. Those absurd long burnouts
Thanks for the video!❤
A Good Sunday morning to everyone. Appreciate the video and the wrenching 🔧🛠️🪛🏁 and everyone remember Jesus Christ accepted into your heart and life is the answer through it all ✝️🙏💪

That car is going to be awesome!!!
I have the same radiator setup in my nova with a 600hp big block and it’s awesome! You won’t have any problems there.
AWESOME UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!! Car looks great.
Looking forward to watching this build adventure.

It's about to get really interesting around here....lol.
Looks awesome!!! Yes, you still married. But, she is not allowed in the garage. Hahaha
You owe, you owe, it's off to work you go!!!
Very cool! Are you going to pull the bench seat and install lighter buckets seats? Are you going to tub it?
Looking forward to future episodes.
HOLY SHIT!!!! LETTSSSS GOOOOOO HATCH!!!! 💪🏻☠️
Love the novas mine is a 68
Great progress on the car! About what did it cost for the cage? I’ve debated custom bent, vs a kit.
I remember that nova in hot rod magazine , are you going to put screws to keep the back tire slipping?
427 heck yes!
My wife Rebecca is interested and warming up to an x body and has been watching along with me. She likes the Oldsmobile Omega, me the Pontiac Ventura . Any variant would be fine looking out for one I can pick up.

"She told me to get the big one" - I don't think she was talking about an engine :)
