Brother, every day may not be good, but there’s something good in every day. Today, it came in the form of a supercharged Nova ! Focus on the little things that bring you joy...
Love these 63-67 Novas. This white/red interior, the steelis, the stance, the tires, the drive train, all perfect. One doesn't need much more than that.
My only surviving sibling passed away a few weeks ago and we both loved cool fast cars. He has a 1964 Nova wagon he has been drag racing for the last 3 years. I always told him that it would be the perfect grocery getter to restomod. It’s all factory steel body, factory glass, stock dash and all the factory chrome. A perfect car to do sort of build on. This has me thinking real hard. What a memory this would be for me to do this to his car.
Awesome build. I’d like to see you guys do a video on the exhaust systems. It is amazing that you do these videos without really having to raise your voice. I see the Helmholtz pipe at the rear and four mufflers.
RS nails it every time. They don't mess with the original lines, leaving them alone like OE Design Studios intended. They basically meld classic 60's styling and current vehicle performance. Their builds remind me of Singer or Revology, but bulk it up a bit more like an actor who transforms for physical role, but don't go not over the top like The Ring Brothers' builds.
This is my dream car, a very long time ago in hot rod magazine. There was a picture of Mark and Diane Grimes 62 Chevy two and I’ve never seen it again. This car reminds me of that one and if I ever come into a little bit of money, I will ask you to give me there. I believe it was the cursor to your built. David Fryberger might be able to interject, as he was likely working for them at this time.
What a ride. All the technical aspects of it. Rung her out pretty good and never mentioned the AC unit. Us ole guys got to have that cool air blowing . Exhaust note is perfect. What a phenomenal Chevy II
Man, this car is beautiful! . What a work of art! I had a 63 SS In my late 20’s. I was the second owner. I never got to finish it. I had to sell it to pay off a debt I had to the IRS, one of the saddest days of my life.
Sweet ride, I can not wait to get my RS SPEC chassis 67 Camaro on the road. It has been a long journey, but I can see the end. Jeremy your team builds some outstanding products and I want to send a big shout out to Ervin, he has been a wealth of knowledge on my build.
My little brother died when he was only 15 in 1970. Even back then, this was his favorite car. It gives me great joy to see this beautiful car He died shortly after.
Boss man, realistically your engineering absolutely spot on, and honestly I can't afford it wish I could. I've 73 hatchback Nova I'll just stay in my affordable auto zone lane...awesome build 🎉
I wish we had the flexibility of driving these sort of cars on the roads here in Australia. So many hoops we have to jump through to even get a car on the road..
Man, that’s sweet! My ‘04 Mach 1 is built (also has a 2.9 Whipple “Crusher”) and puts down 717rwhp and weighs around 3400 pounds. Talk about a beast. 🎉
Good video and build as always by @RoadsterShop I see the improvements a full frame chassis gives a classic car and hard to make one as good with front and rea clips. One question I have is how much do these weigh before and after chassis install? Can you guys provide the weights of your various chassis you offer? Are you able to provide curb weights on complete builds? I know the chassis afds weight but its good weight. Thanks again!! 🏁
The problem with early Novas is no room in the rear wheelwells. I see you thinned out the frame rails to keep from moving the suspension pickup points too far inboard. This car is the GM equivalent of Jorgen Moller's Voodoo-powered Falcon. Very nicely done, guys.
I have an original 63 nova ss that has the looks but I dream of it driving & sounding like that. I so bad want you to build my dream nova just like that.. Great work!
You can't explain to people that aren't paying attention to how much better these cars are built than the best customs from the 1970's. I like the old school motifs but WHEN THE RUBBER MEETS THE ROAD these cars are 100% 21st Century and do everything significantly better.
As a Nova fan for sure, o owned a70SS 396 ,and a 72 350 Nova's. The 66, and 67s are without a doubt my favorites, never really liked the 63s until this video! It looks the way a 63SS should have looked when GM first built them. Nice job especially the colors you picked for the engine, and the headers. Like a time capsule of the 60s ,and 70s! PEACE ✌️
Freaking totally bad-ass. You guys are killing it from an overall systems approach. So impressed that everything you do is top notch! Have you ever considered building a big ass horsepower gauge? An idea I've had for probably 25 years. It's just a computer calculation of a known weight over a known distance. With GPS, it's so doable with your brain and a partner like Auto Meter. I look forward to your next Ride N Drive...
my first car was this 1963 nova blue on blue....i bought it in 1974 from a lady who bought a new vw rabbit...the car was like new except the paint and i paid a whopping 200.00 dollars...
Had a 64 Chevy II tudor sedan, swapped the 194ci 6 for a 327/300. Still had the 3spd, 10 bolt rear, and the drum brakes, but it was a great little street sleeper. Not bad for an 18yo kid back in 1970.
Awesome job R/S! Just like you said about the color... Me, Chevy had that silver during this time which would be the only other appreciate color on this ripper! Keep it up!
Fantastic set up I always love the body style but like I said they were always very flexible. I want to see Emma and saw a fox body chassis full frame pretty much any Ford motor and transmission capabilities I was very impressed. Even though I’m a Chevy guy always impressed with good engineering. I love what you’ve done with that, including the extra tubing along the doors for more strength and rigidity without everybody knowing it have always loved a 67 Ford falcon. Body style that might be one for you to tackle with whatever drive train
For 80k better drive nice! Called and priced a frame for a 70 mustang lawrdy! Don't need the 9imch probably be cheaper. Awesome work though!! They got it figured out!
Brother, every day may not be good, but there’s something good in every day. Today, it came in the form of a supercharged Nova ! Focus on the little things that bring you joy...
Well said man. Well said.✊️
Speechless.
Ah, you poor bastard. Lol
My first car was a63 Acadian my second car was a 63 Chevy ll I want another one beautiful car 👍👍
I needed to hear that today. Thank you brother
Love these 63-67 Novas. This white/red interior, the steelis, the stance, the tires, the drive train, all perfect. One doesn't need much more than that.
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,1962-65,,,,,,,,,,1966-67,,,,,,,,,,,1968-72.................................then came disco nova junk..................
HELL YE BROTHERS, THE ROADESTER SHOP KILLS IT AGAIN!!
Saw this car on the Expressway. It Looked AWESOME. Cool car.

i loved this car as soon as i saw it!
Being a Whittier Blvd cruiser from back in the 70's, seeing plenty of hotrods, this build tips the scale. Awesome!
You are a natural in front of the camera my brother. Fantastic build.
Gey 🏳️🌈😂
I lightly built a '64 for a friend back in '72 with a 283 and M22. It was a freak combo because it never got beat in a street race.
Awesome job!!! Stunning build, you are so right it is damn near perfect! Keep up the awesome builds!
Awesome build.
I’d like to see you guys do a video on the exhaust systems.

Had A 63 . Had to put a front sump oil pan on it for my 283 Bored over. 😆 But this is Amazing. ! ! I'm a 61 yr old man. That had alot of fun in mine
One of the best Car builders in the game in my opinion, perfect proportion and stance in their builds 🔥🔥🔥. Worth every dollar. Bad a$$ Roadster Shop 🍻
Honored to have our products play a small role in this unreal builds 🔥🙌
Man, this car is beautiful! . What a work of art! I had a 63 SS In my late 20’s. I was the second owner. I never got to finish it. I had to sell it to pay off a debt I had to the IRS, one of the saddest days of my life.
Had a 1965ss,miss it greatly

Great to hear and we appreciate it!!
Now that is one badass sleeper!!
It’s so nice I would actually have if it repainted same color and get the dents and chips out of it! This car deserves that!
Beautiful build - and that stance! Thanks for showing it off.
Such a badass and thorough build - just like everything I see y’all do!
Wow, probably my favorite build, from Roadster Shop. I like the Understated Sleeper Look. Love the 63 Nova, a true classic. Awesome job!!
My little brother died when he was only 15 in 1970. Even back then, this was his favorite car. It gives me great joy to see this beautiful car He died shortly after.
When I see the profile I see an American 2002. Brilliant job, I watched the video twice!👍
That Nova is the perfect stress release Jamie awesome build man 🤙🇦🇺😎
That looks like a properly thought through & usable weapon of a car. Nice!
Boss man, realistically your engineering absolutely spot on, and honestly I can't afford it wish I could. I've 73 hatchback Nova I'll just stay in my affordable auto zone lane...awesome build 🎉
Nova owner for yrs. Nice piece.
I wish we had the flexibility of driving these sort of cars on the roads here in Australia. So many hoops we have to jump through to even get a car on the road..
If only dad could driver this now, whoa!
Man, that’s sweet! My ‘04 Mach 1 is built (also has a 2.9 Whipple “Crusher”) and puts down 717rwhp and weighs around 3400 pounds. Talk about a beast. 🎉

My Bucket List Dream Car, Thank-you for this Totally Awesome Video
This Nova Is Life!
OMG!!!! So much of what I've always wanted! I couldn't find one, so my next option was a Monza Spyder!
Great work!
What an awesome car it would be a real pleasure to drive this car could not believe how smooth this car rides.
Nice and clean. Keeping it red/white is not popular nowadays, but is period correct.
My Dad's '65 Mustang was white with red interior.
The nova Chevy ii,Acadian is my absolute favourite car! Pretty hard to beat this one! Very nice car boys excellent job!
if I just had the funds, you guys make the best stuff period !!
Would be nice to have a few million just lying around?
That was a great video. I had a 67 cp and a 60 Ss 396 4 speed. One of My favorites
they did a perfect job in the visual dept. usually everyone gets the wheel, their color and actually the body color wrong.
Damn, I wish I had this car. I better start playing the lottery.....😅😅
Love the Gen1 and Gen2 Novas. This is right up my alley.
Like you said at the end, wouldn’t change a thing, I’m a Mopar guy (sorry) but that thing is sick! Sits perfect, sounds nuts and that interior is 👌
