OMG Marina!! This practice was sooooo much more than I expected after skimming thru it lol! Such a welcome and pleasant surprise. I didn't think I was up for any strengthening today since yesterday was my strength day (dumbbells). I just wanted to stretch out really good but the sequencing and flexibility throughout the routine made the added strength poses possible for me. Not only possible but invigorating! I haven't enjoyed a yoga practice that much in awhile. I have practiced yoga for many years but this past year I have added cardio, calisthenics and weights to my regimen. All this has taken my yoga to a whole new level and I'm so grateful to feel so good in my body now 💙💪🏽🙏🏽 10/26/23
