40 min Pure FLEXIBILITY Vinyasa Yoga for Full Body Stretch: Splits & Backbends (Intermediate level)

- This 40 minute Full Body Vinyasa Flow is a feel good sequence designed to improve your flexibility. It is for intermediate and advanced levels. This pure flexibility yoga flow is focused on hamstrings stretches for splits, full body stretches for backbends and hip stretches. This is a complete full body vinyasa practice.
We will begin this 40 min practice with Sun Salutations so if needed complete your own warmup before you start this class. Within this vinyasa flow you can expect smooth flowing movements, full body stretches, bigger focus on leg flexibility and backbends and deep conscious breathing.
This 40 minute vinyasa yoga flow will help you improve your full body flexibility. There will be a few hamstrings and hip stretches, spinal waves and backbends that will unlock any tension and stiffness in your body. This sequence is not complicated but it is more targeted towards an intermediate or advanced level practitioners. Modifications will be offered for more advanced asanas.
I encourage you to take it slow and be mindful of every movement and every stretch that you create. Flexibility might take time so we need to be patient and consistent. Every time we step onto the mat is a blessing and a gift that we give to our body, soul and mind. You will notice that as we stretch we begin to let go of unnecessary tension and thoughts, worries and fears. We grant ourselves an opportunity to dive deeper into ourselves and step away from the outside world. It is a beautiful reason to feel grateful.
Remember that consistency will inevitably bring results. Therefore try to practice on a consistent basis to see some progress. Depending on your flexibility you might need to use some props.
