This is such a hauntingly beautiful piece. The best way I can describe it is by saying that it makes the darkest part of my soul feel emotion. It makes the darkest part of my soul happy. But because it does this, I can longer pretend that this darkness does not exist. I have to acknowledge the darkest part of my soul. Which is the bittersweet and beauty of this song- it shows reveals the darkness within, but brightens it ever-so slightly.

Yes - the feeling is like an autumn leaf swirling higher and higher in the wind - sometimes gentle and sometimes wild - but always comforting...
This was one of the last compositions Schubert heard before his death. So sublime and beautiful. If only he lived longer

Their compositions are built upon physical rules of tempo and pitch, yet they introduce us to realms that are reached by no other means other than, perhaps, psychedelic pharmaceuticals.
This is such a hauntingly beautiful piece. The best way I can describe it is by saying that it makes the darkest part of my soul feel emotion. It makes the darkest part of my soul happy. But because it does this, I can longer pretend that this darkness does not exist. I have to acknowledge the darkest part of my soul. Which is the bittersweet and beauty of this song- it shows reveals the darkness within, but brightens it ever-so slightly.
It is true. The Trio Wanderer is also a superb group. Let us extend our congratulations.
