I'm doing this with my front end right now. Been doing rut repair for 2 months and I needed a break so I'm updating the front end with some paint and new KC lights. The new toggle switch gives me dopamine.
I feel your pain. I pulled my XJ into the garage in March to install 2x6 rockers, mid frame stiffeners, 'boatsides' (3/16 plate from stiffeners up to 2x6 rockers), and patch the floor pans. I am in process of monstaliner-ing the floor pans and painting the underside. Hope to have the interior reinstalled next week. It doesn't help that I travel for work and have been gone about 6 weeks in the middle of this. Miss running the jeep. Look forward to seeing you finish this one up. Don't give up on it, will be a nice build when you are done.
