If you guys ever throw a DT event in Melbourne or Sydney I'd like to jump in. You guys look like you are here for the lols as much as you want to win or loose.
So for the record, when cutting 7 damage in half, you took 4 when you should’ve taken 3. The dmg reduction is what is rounded up, not the remaining damage coming through.

Do you guys think changing the cards and inital CP make the game faster or more exciting? For example instead of starting with 4 cards and 2 cp, start with 5 cards and 3cp? Or would this "break" the game?
It definitely wouldn't break the game. It basically just shortens the game. Maybe some characters who need to build up tokens would be affected however.

Test it. Use the control "All cards and rolls are the same." I would wager first player wins most of the time. Too much advantage - either first to damage or the first to raise defenses. Second player should get more cards or more CP allowance than they are currently given.
1) samurai’s passive ability - take honor if first player. Do you get that for entire game or just one time if you were the first player? 2) on a defensive role : Offensive Ability results in an Attack and if that Attack’s damage type is defendable, the Defender may activate their Defensive Ability. Note: Most heroes only have 1 Defensive Ability. However, if a hero has 2, they must choose one now. so when it comes to shielding vs dealing damage back, I think you can only do one or the other?
Thank you for the questions. The samurai only gets that passive ability if he is the first player of the game once. When rolling a defensive roll the defending player must say which defense move he is going for. If you roll say 2 swords and a shield you can then do the damage back and prevent damage as well. If you roll 4 or 5 dice on a defensive roll it all counts. You can prevent and deal dmg back and get tokens etc. Its accumulated. I hope it makes sense. If not ask me about a specific characters defense and ill explain it better.

If it said dead 1x per sword OR etc etc then you would only be able to choose one but since it doesn't say 'or' you can use as many dice as you can. In the rules it does sa, "Finally all damage, prevention, and/or healing effects are accumulated and are applied simultaneously at the conclusion of the roll phase."
But i think you just deal one damage, instead of 2. On Page 9 "Resolving Text" is listed: "you only get these benefits once, even if your roll contains the required result multiple times." Iam not sure
Tabletop Knights hahaha Oh and when you go to interrupt an attack try to wait and see if they are gonna go for 3 rolls and as soon as the last roll goes then change it so they don’t get a chance to have another full roll and I believe you can use the wildcards to change your opponents dice too
@@warthog4430 There was a turn where I changed the roll immediately on his first attempt. Because i had such a quick early lead I wanted to try to make it a bit closer of a game but I just couldn't resist doing the double ultimate!

Except I’d have waited until the third roll usually how I play is roll the first see how it goes keep a five if I have tip it Roll the second see how it goes get a few sixes? Don’t have to use as many cards and can conserve my CP and gives backup card just in case my opponent changes it but sometimes I’ve only needed one or two cards to get an ultimate instead of needing all of em at that time I’m able to decide to go for the ulti or change and go for another attack if I don’t feel I can pull it off Still an awesome match to watch!

When talking ultimates the only thing you can do is use something to stop it from becoming an ultimate.
