Heyy friends!! How are you doing? Make sure to watch in 1080p or higher for better quality!! Thank you so much for supporting me!! May everything always work out in your favor!! 💌
heh your shiny nose is cute! I've been thinking about running for years now, but my heart seems to not take it great, but this really motivated me to try ^^
Aahhh thank you! 🥹💗 I understand what you mean. When I started running in April, it didn't go that smoothly either because I never really went for a run. So my first run was like this: I ran for 2 to 5 minutes and then walked for a while, and then I ran again for 2 to 5 minutes, and then walked again, and so on. My tip is to start small because our body has to get used to this new activity first. I also still see myself as a beginner because it's only been about two months since I have started hahah! 💗 I am so glad this video motivated you to try!! You can you it!!
yes, love this advice! I found out last year that running/jogging is such a great way for me to feel less stressed, or even just a simple walk in the park! 💖
will try this soon lol! do you notice any difference when you are running on tracks than on treadmills? bcs I find running on treadmills to be a tad boring hehe
yayy!! I am happy to hear that hahah! 💗 Yeah, that's true. Running on treadmills is boring sometimes, but to make it less boring, I see it as a way to increase my patience, so to say, hahah 🏃🏻♀️
